We has an amazing stay at the hotel, the hosts were extremely helpful even taking into account our unfortunate flight delay they've managed to check us in way after reception working hours, this was so kind, thank you! Everything from the very warm welcome by the staff who were very soft spoken and guided us very nicely, to the amazingly clean rooms and very ample in size, the bathroom was super clean and quite big too and we loved the superb breakfast spread and the whole staff was so welcoming and nice there too. The swimming pool is amazing too and the gardens are so well maintained. They even got us a nice Berries juice by the poolside. The property is really very very well maintained. It shows the owners run it very nicely and take care of their staff as well as their guests very well!! I will recommend this hotel to all and will surely return again!! The location is very prime too, in the middle of nature, There is ample parking available just 2 mins away from the hotel and if there isn't, you can park inside the hotel's Gated Parking for 7€ a day. Our 2 year old Daughter was so sad because she didn't want to leave the Hotel and Go back home, they made her feel so special there!!

Fun and Sun All Year Round

The largest of the Canary Islands, Tenerife has sun, sand and sangria all year round. Its landscape is dominated by volcanic Mount Teide, a UNESCO World Heritage Site whose peak is covered by snow. There are fabulous views over Tenerife and the surrounding islands from the cable car that takes you up.

However, most visitors flock to the island for its beaches. The most exclusive area is Costa Adeje, home to most 5-star hotels in Tenerife. It also houses Aqualand waterpark with waterslides, pools and a dolphinarium, while next door Playa de las Americas boasts Siam Park – Europe’s largest waterpark.

This resort is the island’s party capital and features a large number of Tenerife hotels with swimming pools, and a wealth of bars and restaurants. Adjoining Los Cristianos also has a long, sandy beach.

The southern Tenerife beaches are actually artificial, made from white sand imported from the Sahara Desert, because the natural ones are black sand. Tenerife resorts with just such a beach include Puerto de la Cruz and Los Gigantes, which is dramatically sheltered by sheer cliffs.

    Everything was perfect. My sister and I were here for a relaxation week and it was memorable. We are both visually impaired, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us when needed, and everyone was extremely pleasant. The duty manager, Myriam, was highly professional and insured we always got the help we needed. Thanks a lot also to Jason for showing us around. Alexa and the rest of the staff at the main restaurant were super helpful, and Joe from guest relations was also literally the nicest ever, he made sure we had a great time. The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful at all times The bed was super comfortable, breakfast was great and varied. The cafe and pool bars all offer great service. The rooftop bar. is great, we loved the vibes and we got the best shisha ever, thanks Jony, if I got the name right 😄 We also enjoyed all the drinks we got. The spa and waterzone were also great. All the hotel areas smelled really good We are definitely coming back! 😊

    Entertainment team were fantastic and an amazing filled programme for the kids. Kept them busy and entertained and out of the sunshine if it got too warm. My kids especially loved the cookie making and T-shirt painting. Also loved the water aerobics every day in the pool with the instructors. Loved the fact the cleaners came each day to the room the place was spotless and very well maintained. Had an amazing stay here.

    Restaurant staff , animator , and some reception staff were really nice!Even if the place isnt perfect they make it much better with their niceness! Labranda Bahia s Fanabé rating surely doesnt correspond to reality (6,8) , should be much higher. Location is great , 5 minute walk from the beach , The price is great.The place has a nice vibe about it!

    It's perfect for city tourism—it's pleasant and interesting to stroll around, and the architecture is beautiful. There are plenty of good restaurants with excellent food; we didn't have time to visit everything we wanted in a week. The downside is the many ups and downs, which can be a problem for those with limited mobility. I definitely recommend spending one day visiting Loro Parque.

    Great area with plenty going on while also having quieter spots. Plenty of places to eat drink and shop in. Several beautiful beaches and walks along the coast to either Los Cristianos or in the other direction to Adeje. Our 3rd time there and we noticed and were aware of a bit more crime going on in the area and felt we had to be just a bit more vigilant this time, wouldn't stop us going back though. Very very very easy to get your hands on any type of drugs, wouldn't have to go looking as you get asked by people while out walking, day or night!!! Wasn't as obvious the previous times we were there.

BUT, The island in general is worth it. If you can get outside and go see other towns - villages, it is definitely worth it and be prepared for breathtaking sights, views and amazing monuments. There are a lot sightseeings worth visiting, but Santa Cruz de Tenerife on its own is just not worth it that much (and the parking there is literally impossible)

    A pleasant area with good views and a lovely walk along the promenade We did a full day trip to the mountains in the centre of the island and up to the north coast. There were several good places to eat. Our favourite was Charly's just round the corner with good food and very good entertainment. It is pretty flat around the resort. The main walking areas are on the flat.

    Situated in Golf Del Sur - it's pretty much an ex-pat community comprised mainly of the British. If you want nightlife, then this isn't the place for you. There are quite a few bars and restaurants around the place, but better to take a stroll down to San Blas or Los Abrigos for more options. It's one junction down from the airport, so if you don't like aircraft noise, then again, this isn't for you. It's peaceful, usually quite windy, which is good when it's hot!

    Puerto de Santiago is a very lovely and quiet town, perfect for those who prefer peaceful places over busy tourist spots. It has everything you need for a relaxing stay – shops, cafés, and all the essential amenities. I especially recommend Café Am Eck – a wonderful place with great atmosphere and delicious food. The Playa de la Arena beach is beautiful and well-maintained. Puerto de Santiago is located on the western coast of Tenerife, and that’s part of its magic – you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets as the sun slowly disappears into the ocean, with a stunning view of La Gomera island on the horizon.

    The city consists of three parts.

    The city consists of three parts. The historic part with beautiful and charming streets. The villa part with beautiful gardens, trees, houses, and the part where people live tightly and where the most is happening. Lots of street culture, lots of cultural attractions. Lots of opportunities for good food.

    El Medano is totally different than the other more common...

    El Medano is totally different than the other more common tourist centres further up the coast. Aimed for surfing types, wind/foil/kite and more. Enough nice restaurants and cafes for local food. No late night life but Fri and Saturdays are usually still lively. Beaches pristine and can walk for kms. Have to mention the wind, as it's almost always blowing, but that's what draws the surfers.

    Offers everything from top playas to mountain wanderwegs, from noisy crowded bustling night-life to quiet rural locations within 5-15Km of best playas and Golden Mile promenade. Car rental is not a must given the extensive TITSA bus / guagua network.
