Great location, everywhere you could get by foot. The Hotel is absolutely nice, very clean, staff is very friendly. The room is big, all bath stuff . The hotel was treated with complimentary surprises in the room( sparkling wine, chocolate, cookies, some extra foot care cream). It was so nice and pleasant. You feel like a special guest. The Top roof bar is a pleasant place to spend some hours with the cocktails.

We stayed for one night, booked because of how close it is to the airport. We were pleasantly surprised, it was very clean, with great staff, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good, the rooftop pool was excellent. The rooms were beautiful and the shower pressure better than in any other hotel I have stayed at in the Alicante area. The closets were big and the balcony was nice, even tho we had a view of the 332 highway :)

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel during the holidays. The staff goes above and beyond, always eager to fulfill our requests with genuine friendliness and without being intrusive. During our stay, my 9-year-old daughter fell ill on the day of our arrival. Bruna, the lovely receptionist, promptly called a doctor. When the doctors arrived, a staff member escorted them to my room, offering to interpret for us during the doctor's visit. Everything was seamlessly handled, and my daughter received the care she needed, bouncing back the next day. The guest experience manager, Jose Enrique Grau, showed exceptional concern, even bringing her a thoughtful get-well gift of her favorite chocolates. Our suite was not only spacious and clean but also serviced discreetly by the attentive cleaning staff. Breakfast was a delight, with delicious options and a staff that always greeted us with smiles and attentiveness. The check-out process was fast and simple, with the usual warmth, including an offer to arrange a taxi to the airport and assistance with luggage loading. Flawless.

    Its my first time at la Marina and my most beautiful holidays in Alicante so far 😍 love everything about the place and its beautiful facilities especially swimming pools that has no break till its closed at 8pm the beach thats not so far from the resort the supermarket with variety of everything the bars abd kids programmes and playing places its just the best. My most best was the bar 🍸 in the pool thy made the best cocktail 🍸 🙌 ever. We gad the best holidays ever thank you 😊 🙏 LA MARINA ❤️ 💙

    I was there in February. It was calm and very welcoming. Only one AC in the living room, but it was not cold at night when I was in bed. My kids loved mini golf and a huge indoor play park, and a small farm with animals. It is so much fun. I would love to be back for summer time when there are a lot of activities for kids.

    It's a beautiful city.

    It's a beautiful city. We were not lucky with the weather, but enjoyed ourselves despite the rain. We walked to many places and also ubered a few times. Enjoyed visiting the central market. Had a delicious paella experience at El Trompo on the beach. Visited the amazing aquarium and enjoyed seeing the other modernist buildings near it. Include a visit to the church of St. Nikolas on your list of things to do. Also enjoyed wandering through the El Carmen area spotting street art.

    Alicante city is a lovely mix of the old and modern. It's easy access from the airport is a real bonus, just a few Euros on the C6. The beach is big and safe. The city city is very clean and safe with loads of cafe's, restaurants and shops. It is also very easy to get onto the trams all the way up to Benidorm, while Villajoyosa is a lovely stop before that. We spent a week in Alicante city and we managed to see something new every day. The castle is worth the visit as well as the indoor market.

    Something for everyone.

    Something for everyone. We personally love the old town which is more traditionally Spanish. We had excellent tapas in a lovely tapas bar. Enjoyed walking along the promenade to and from the old town back to our apartment which was situated at the far end of Poniente beach which was excellent, we stayed there the same time last year so choose it again for its location and amenities. The newer part we only went to because of a specific event that was being held there.

    A friendly town with plenty to see and do. Restaurants are varied but a little pricey, do try the Pensionistas for their tapas lunches, coffee is very good as well. As it was October we managed to find a dog friendly beach which greatly pleased the four legged member of our family. Lots of photo opportunities around the castle area with quaint streets and gift shops.

    We arrived in the middle of a storm, so we didn't see the best of Torrevieja. However the walk on the front was very pleasant and when the rain subsided, it felt safe with a great atmosphere with many people out for an evening walk.

    Calpe is a wonderful Seaside Town with plentiful accessible beaches, great Restaurants an easy to use Local Bus service, an easy to use Tram Service for easy accessibility to other Seaside Resorts but most of all. The local people are just so friendly as are, in my experience, the Staff in the Hotels and Restos.

I talked to local people in the grocery shop and they told me that season is nearly over but it's a very good time in summer. Good thing about Gandia is a good transport option train and bus where travelling becomes easy and affordable and quicker to Alicante or Valencia. Gandia is more peaceful city which is located nearby the sea and mother nature but I'd recommend honestly to travel by car. Otherwise I should go about 5 km till Gandia train station but can catch a bus Line 2 and paid for journey €1.70 one way. After all I'm in Gandia to enjoy peace and quiet holidays. It's 19th October 2025 and only few businesses are still opened and majority shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are closed and will be opened next year as soon as season starts.

    Castellón is a very pleasant town with many small piazzas...

    Castellón is a very pleasant town with many small piazzas decorated with modern sculptures and plants. There is a good choice of lively bars and restaurants. We left the car in the hotel underground car park and walked everywhere. The old town is traffic free, with electric buses.

    Ibis will be the great hotel if it do not have couple of...

    Ibis will be the great hotel if it do not have couple of problems. The problem with the location is easy to solve with good working metro. Another problem is more serious. It is the continental breakfast. This option proposed on the hotel's web site only for $7 per person per day. If you decide to purchase it in the hotel after the arrival, it will be cost $11 daily for you. All another required services are regular in the hotel.
