They run a very efficient breakfast room, clean and tidy, with everything you need to hand..the music playing was quiet and peaceful. I loved this place and would be very happy to return.

FinlandWe got an unexpected lovely welcome gift for our pet - chewing sticks, she also got a doggy bed and a drinking bowl. Our room had lots of mirrors, a beautiful view of the sea, a balcony, comfy beds, a coffee service, two armchairs, a working desk. The bathroom had a shower AND a bathtub. We got to use the pool and sauna, very clean. Breakfast was good, fruits, juices, breads, cheeses, a choice of eggs, nice! There is a bar with two pool tables in the same building. We went there with my 12 year old son, they even make non-alcoholic cocktails for kids. The hotel has a perfect location for sight seeing, we walked to 3 museums, a waterpark, harbour, and an open air zoo.

CroatiaWe chose this hotel for a one night stay mostly for the vicinity to the port. It was a plus that it had a sauna and indoor pool as well. However, it exceeded our expectations. Our room wasn't marked as a sea view one, yet we still could see both the sea and the ships docking from our window which was so cool! The staff was super-friendly, stored our luggage after check out. There are also bikes which you can take for 3hours (it wasn't busy at the time so they let us have them even longer if we wanted) for free! The bikes are really comfortable and amazing way to explore the town! Such a nice gesture!

Definitely worth visiting—a genuinely pleasant experience. That said, one can’t help but feel that in Europe’s smallest metropolis, shops exist mostly to enjoy their time off. We spent five days there; for the first three, everything was completely closed—shops and restaurants. And when the shops finally opened, it was almost as if they were doing us a favour—just a few brief hours, then back to their well-earned rest. Understandably, during the peak summer holiday, the locals are fully entitled to enjoy themselves. Still, if they were out in the open rather than tucked away behind walls, visitors might at least have a chance to share in their joy—or at least catch a glimpse of it.Guest review byBožidarSlovenia - 10.0

We enjoyed the nearby Skeppargården museum, it was just lovely and so interesting to learn about the history of the last sailing ships. Beautiful old church, monastery ruins and the church path with lovely sheep you could pet and feed while walking. Many places to watch birds. Lovely island in all: the shop had all you needed, Brudhäll hotel had excellent food and the ferry ride went well. There were people with Carl, bikes and boats. Godby is full of opportunities for everyone, sports, hiking, cycling etc. Beautiful environment. Short distances in all directions to historic sites and impressive nature spots. In the east e.g. the fortress of Bomarsund with an excellent new information centre for visitors and the Kastelholm castle. In the west the legendary Eckero post and customs building. Thera are large apple tree farms close by.
