The accommodation is a large block of apartments, it was very quiet with fantastic views of the valley from the balcony and windows. The restaurant buffet for breakfast and dinner had a lot of options, well cooked food, the cod was especially good with very good texture and taste. I was only staying for one night but had I done my homework properly I would have stayed longer and enjoyed the walks that start in the village. There is plenty of parking available outside, there are a couple of shops in the village and you can rent bicycles too. Overall I really enjoyed staying here, more than I thought I would. The peace and quiet and the lovely food and easy access was good. The kitchen in the apartment had lots of utensils, kettle, microwave and hob and pans and saucepans, plenty to keep you going for a couple of weeks if need be. He prepared a meal and brought it to the room and we were so grateful! France can be a bit biased to tourists, but this gentlemen treated us like we were family. The room was wonderful, the view beautiful and the dog adorable. Breakfast was substantial with eggs, cheese, pastries, fruit , yoghurt etc. We love you Hôtel & Spa La Ferme de l'Izoard and would happily stay there again for any length of time.Guest review byJoannaAustralia

Perfect location in the heart of the mountains, you can walk, run, ride a bike just getting out of your appartement. There is everything you may need in the building - a small swimming pool, wet and dry sauna and small jacuzzi. Our appartement was well equipped and with a nice balcony. It's a great base to explore the local ski resorts in the Queyras area and not too far from some of the bigger resorts like Serre Chevalier and Risoul. The evening meals are worth spending extra for.
