The building was beautifully and lovingly restored, the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful, and breakfast was very tasty. So much care was taken with the details of spotlessness and decor, the soap smelled amazing and there were no chemical fragrances for someone with sensitivities to struggle with. I cannot recommend this boutique hotel highly enough and will absolutely return my next trip to Paris. Bravo! You are all wonderful and have made a restful and very special place.

This hotel is fantastic and I will definitely be back if I am in Paris again. We had our connecting flight at CDG cancelled after midnight. Many flights were cancelled at the same time due to a big thunderstorm and people were stranded - it was pretty dramatic. We called more than 10 hotels only to be told that they were all full. This hotel was a godsend. Booking com allowed us to reserve a room at 2am for the day before and then we jumped in a taxi to go to the hotel. The front desk staff was amazing!!! Seeing how lovely the room was after such an ordeal felt like a miracle. Good water pressure in the shower, too.

Wonderful hotel in up-and-coming Paris neighborhood. Hotel staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room had a large balcony overlooking the courtyard, which was great. Metro stop is a short walk from the hotel and makes it easy to get to Paris center. Excellent secure parking. Great value. Highly recommend and we will definitely come back.

The Room was very clean and spacious. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. The toiletries "Reve de Miel" were of a very high quality. Fresh orange juice was available at breakfast. During the day ice cold still and sparkling water were available from taps in the Reception area. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of breads and pastries. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They provided excellent directions and advice on Metro lines.

    The experience was amazing. For a hotel that’s not situated in the venter of the city, the conditions were a 10/10. Very clean, all the facilities listed were there, the staff was so nice and friendly and they all spoke English, in case you worry about not knowing the language. The neighbourhood was also really nice and calm. I went there with a friend and as women we felt really relaxed, quite chill environment. Also, there are enough shops and cafés nearby.

    I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel in France. Everything was perfect – from the comfortable and clean rooms to the peaceful atmosphere. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality of the owner. They were extremely helpful and supportive throughout my stay, going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. I truly felt welcomed and cared for. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – it was an unforgettable experience!

    The apartment is clean, well equipped and convenient for Metro Line 3, a large supermarket and local bistros. There is also a scattering of take away vans near the station that look well used by the locals. One in particular - based around a London bus - appears to have a large screen where many gather to watch football (soccer). We used this as a base for exploring Paris, rather than visiting Bagnolet, but could see plenty of places in the area where we would have liked to spend time had we not been trying to cram so much of central Paris into our stay. Père Lachaise cemetery is only 3 stops away, for those who would like to pay their respects to the likes of Jim Morrison, Oscar Wilde and Edith Piav. Metro Line 3 offers a convenient gateway to Paris, as well as an easy route to Gare du Nord and the Eurostar, or train link to CDG. Gare du Nord has a luggage drop facility that allows you to leave your bags to let you squeeze every last moment of your final hours in this amazing city, unencumbered by luggage.

    Saint-Ouen is a great location for visiting Paris. The line 14 takes you straight to the center of Paris, and it's a direct line to Orly airport. The area is very safe for families. The Communal is a great destination for eating out with everything from pizza and burgers to Korean and African cuisine

    It was relatively easy to get to the city from this hotel, so we were happy with it. The metro was only about a 10-minute walk from the hotel. The area wasn't the best, but we didn't stay there during the day. We went to the city centre in the morning and came back only in the evening, so it didn't bother us too much.

    Stayed 19–21 July 2025. Clean, compact room with comfortable bed and AC. Staff were friendly. Convenient metro access to Paris, but the lift was not working, so stairs were necessary. Good for a no-frills, affordable stay.

    Pantin isn't a beautiful place but clean and quite safe. Lots of choice regarding food. However, to see Paris you have to use the metro and it takes from 20-30 minutes to reach the main attractions. This wasn't a problem as there was a metro every 3 minutes. Overall good.

    I suggest if u are going for holiday or business please do not choose this place at it’s filthy rooms are small and Notting like the photos breakfast it’s bad really bad costumes service it’s not nice out of 6 staff in me 3 days of stay only one staff I think he was called yannis something like that was a ok lad other that that Notting nice I was expecting more in France not I will recommend do not choose to go my opinion

    Good public transport network to Central Paris. The area outside the campus grounds is rundown and seems to be quite an impoverished area. There are a number of homeless people around the area who keep to themselves and were not actively seeking out people passing through. The area as a whole looks rather unsafe but we as 2 seasoned female travellers did not feel unsafe around the locals.

    It's a very green and beautiful place, very close to nature with lots of fresh air. Your walking in the area and even looking out from your window, you will find singing birds, rabbits running around, multiple kind of plants, trees and flowers giving your heart and soul a refreshing, pleasant and joyful feel. Quite and calm area as no much traffic. I like all the area and this is the best place if you want to relax and to be away from city life. It's all connected with all kinds of transports. It's also close to CDG airport.
