- From US$229.87 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.2Superb - What previous guests thought, 1,233 reviewsThe room boasted high ceilings and ample space, complemented by blackout curtains guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. While not situated in the city's heart, its proximity to a nearby bus stop made it conveniently accessible. The peaceful ambiance of the area made a leisurely 2-mile stroll to the city center quite appealing. Attention to detail was evident throughout, with pleasant and intriguing decor featuring soothing neutral tones. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, though I regretted not having more time to indulge in it. Overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming and hospitable, akin to being at home. I enthusiastically recommend this place for a delightful stay.Guest review byNINA YOSIFOVABulgaria

Bath needs to be walked.
Bath needs to be walked. Two days should be enough for the town proper, but it also is the jumping off point for Stonehenge and the Cotswolds. We were there six days, just about right to regenerate from the long flight from the States and see the sights/sites.Guest review byBufordUnited States - 6.0

Visiting mid-week I found the choice of places to eat away from the hotel was not great, some pubs were shut or not serving food and the Hungry Horse has a policy of shutting at 10 pm every day other than weekends - loads of Charity Shops but not much else however the easy access to Bath and Bristol by train make Keynsham a good place to stay if wishing to explore the area.Guest review byRobertUnited Kingdom - 6.0

You could clearly see that renovation was being undertaken the front looked charming and the restaurant was very comfortable and food very good. On arrival it didn’t feel welcoming and when we highlighted a broken piece ce of furniture the attitude to it was lack lustre. I can clearly see the potential for this to be a hidden as the town is picturesque.Guest review byNatalie - 10.0
From arrival to departure, we were taken care of.
From arrival to departure, we were taken care of. Escorted cheerfully to our rooms by one of the staff. Had a meal in restaurant, which was great. The bar staff and waiters took good care of our needs and even arranged a takeaway breakfast for two of our party leaving early in the morning. The room was fine (room 7 upstairs) and quiet. Power shower, soft towels and kettle with tea/coffee. Location good for access to Bristol. Some of the group were fishing at Blagdon and Chew lakes. Good for walks too.Guest review byElizabethUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Lovely accommodation, very pretty frontage.
Lovely accommodation, very pretty frontage. Lots of parking space and access. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. We needed to leave early on last day before breakfast time. They opened early for us, still offering full service. It was beautifully presented and very very clean.Guest review byElizabethUnited Kingdom - 10.0
We stayed in the Mendip Magic cottage.
We stayed in the Mendip Magic cottage. On arrival we saw lovely cottages in a very attractive setting with lots of beautifully planted pots. The inside did not disappoint either. It was cosy and comfortable with everything a home would need. The host was so welcoming with nothing too much trouble. Children would love the friendly goats and chickens on site which is central for visiting Bath, Bristol and the Mendip Hills.Guest review byHelenUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Saltford is a lovely little town and ideally placed between Bath and Bristol with great cycling and walking routes. We stayed at the Riverside inn which is very good but they close early on Sunday, luckily, we had booked a meal at the Bird in Hand, which is a short walk along 'The Shallows', where the food is also very good.Guest review byJohn - 10.0
