As a lone female traveller, i found plenty to do.
As a lone female traveller, i found plenty to do. Shops, cafes, a walk down the prom. I enjoyed a trip up the great orme & early eve stroll on the pier, chips on the prom. Lots to see, stunning views & walks, some wonderful photo opportunities & friendly people. i would stay an extra night next time to soak everything up at a slower pace, as some things i didn't have time to do. I will visit the west shore beach next time.Guest review byMichelleUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Loved Betws-y-coed! Such a pretty place.
Loved Betws-y-coed! Such a pretty place. Quite small but lots of independent, quality shops. Nice places to eat and drink throughout the day and the evening and it felt very safe to walk around after dark. Road network is good, we had no problems finding parking spaces (our accommodation had no on-site parking), some was free on street parking but when we had to resort to designated car parks, they weren’t extortionate which was a nice surprise. Would quite happy return there againGuest review byJoanneUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Everything about Conwy is so beautiful , including where we stayed . The only down side is finding a good place to eat in the evening , a lot of the places we visited from our stay in march 2025 and more recently sept 2025. Not very good quality of food , small portions for a very high price , one of our best meals was actual in a lovely bistro , after visiting snowdon .Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the main town center with plenty of nearby options to explore. The beach is very quiet and offers free parking - not sandy but there are sandy beaches nearby in both directions. Shared cycle track and pedestrian walkway to Colwyn Bay in one direction and Rhyll in the other. Abergele town is quite small but has a large Tesco supermarket and a selection of restaurants.Guest review byPeterUnited Kingdom - 10.0

This hotel is a local hidden gem in Snowdonia, I would fully recommend visiting when in the local area. Mike and Carrie are superb hosts, fully accommodating and their journey is amazing. The Gorge down the river is truly magical and worth the walk. Rooms are spacious and having a full suite is even better with all new facilities. looking forward to the summer and seeing the progress on the rear of the building. fully deserved rating and will be visiting again.Guest review byStuartUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Warm, dry, and welcoming. What more do you want? Very comfortable bunk beds, lovely place, and friendly staff. Cherry on the cake: the dry room!! And the views, of course. Numerous toilets and showers, offering hot water for everyone with no waiting time.Guest review byGu DelasaItaly - 10.0

The property was well located, easy to access local tourist attractions. The beach was a 5 minute walk, and the village where the property was located had good local shops and a small, well stocked supermarket. Access was generally easy (there was some building work on a neighbouring property, but there was no noise pollution heard in the flat.Guest review byMatthewUnited Kingdom
