We asked to stay an extra night and they were able to ensure we were able to stay in the same room with our little one. Super friendly and did what they could for us. Great location close to main shopping mall. The breakfast area being downstairs wasnt even a problem as they have a small lift. It is a bit fiddly but the staff quickly came over to help us with it. The room was very cosy, clean and had everything I needed. My room was on the upper floor so it as quiet. The staff was always so nice and helpful. There is a bus stop right across the street and the bus will take you to the city centre in a couple of minutes. My visit to’ Bristol was fantastic, we where there for conference so i couldnt visit so many places. Overall we loved it. The buildings looked very nice and the historical once where so lovely. The people where hospitable too. It's a city steeped in history with many interesting attractions and things to see and do. Dining options are eclectic and reasonable value for money; we ate well. Transport is efficient and reliable with the railway station giving many options to travel from Bristol to other cities of interest.
