- From $145.27 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 6.8Pleasant - What previous guests thought, 924 reviewsBeautiful grounds, hotel and destination. Very peaceful and incredible food. The staff were outstanding and were extremely helpful. The cucumber water upon arrival was definitely refreshing after a long drive. The fried breakfast was amazing! Perfectly cooked and delicious. We enjoyed a morning swim in the pool which had a very Spanish/Greek feel to the surrounding area. The pool was at a perfect temperature and the chairs were handy for getting our son ready. I would definitely recommend it. Beautiful architecture for any age to appreciate, very family friendly and also very romantic for couples.Guest review byFrankie24692United Kingdom

Nick and Alison were really helpful.
Nick and Alison were really helpful. There were clear details on possible places to visit or eat. The room was clean, comfortable and everything worked. Breakfasts served on time, with lots of choice and was of good quality (sausages lovely!). Parking convenient. We were in the ‘Sheep’ room. There were other rooms eg Horse and Pig. Everything was well thought out to accommodate guest comfort.Guest review byChristopherUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I've been to Brockenhurst many times; mostly camping in various campsites and I love it there. Stunning walks and beautiful scenery nearby. Had a nice meal at The Huntsman. Have hired a bicycle there before and will do this again next time.Guest review byJaneUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Beautiful and relaxing so much history to explore and a must see the wild ponies pigs and deers along with other roaming wild life It’s definitely a places to go and has easy routes to other areas which are also worth visiting. The moor house staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean with a bar and nice area to sit out side with your drinkGuest review byAnonymous - 10.0

We were disappointed that the pier ferry wasn't working but the pier and the train were very interesting - lots of plaques on the pier with interesting information and lots of inscriptions on the planks on the pier. The town was very nice - a surprising number of different shops in such a small area. The town centre and pier within very easy walking distance from the Boathouse hotel. Good meals served there with a good selection at reasonable prices.Guest review byMonicaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Beaulieu is a lovely area and if you like horses and donkeys you will love it. The village i itself is very clean and pretty with lots of lovely places for coffee etc. All the people I met wee extremely friendly and helpful. There is also the Motor museum and other places to see but we were mostly cycling around and it’s great for thatGuest review byGiselleUnited Kingdom - 10.0

bashley sway area was a lovely location. highcliff castle a few miles away is worthb a visit. barton on sea a glorious area on the seafront. ideal for dog walking. lymington was close to sway and we had two meals in wetherspoon. great value . its close to the church in the high street. plenty of parking behind marks and spencer for great shopping without horrendous parking fees. disabled parking is free.Guest review bylindaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The Lodge was beautifully appointed, spacious & decorated very tastefully. Extra large deck overlooking a wildlife lake with Duck & Swan food provided. Location was perfect to explore the New Forest and the facilities around the holiday village were awesome. Great communication from the lodge hosts & reasonably priced for such a lovely place to stay. Will definitely re-book when we return to England.Guest review byAlisonAustralia - 8.0

Very pretty location and easy access to New Forest but the Lodge we stayed in had no living area and a tiny Kitchen diner not really suitable for more than two although meant for four people. The Lodge was very clean with nice decor but just lacked the comfort as no where to sit other than bedroomsGuest review byPaulUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It was a really wunderfull place from which we could visit all the spots at the amazing National Park New Forest. Hostess Linda was very kind, helpfull and she even took care of some breakfast for us. Next to the beautiful site it is very comfortable and complete. We certainly come back here! Don’t forget to visit Beaulieu, Lyndhurst and the beautiful Bucklers Hard. There is a nice pub and good food!Guest review byAnonymous - 4.0
Lyndhurst is mainly a one high street town.
Lyndhurst is mainly a one high street town. The traffic is continuous making it difficult to navigate on foot. I wouldn't recommend it as a destination. But The New Forest is spectacular however car drivers need to obey the rules of the Forest when parking and only use the many car parks.Guest review byJanetUnited Kingdom
