- Scored out of 10, guest rating 10.0Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 21 reviewsI had a delightful stay at Worralls Grove Bed & Breakfast in the picturesque Worcestershire countryside! The location was absolutely idyllic, nestled near the charming town of Upper Arley, with the River Severn and lush rolling hills as the backdrop. The accommodations exceeded expectations, especially with the extra comfortable bed and the added bonus of a sitting room to relax in.The attention to detail in the decor and comfort of my room, coupled with the serene views of the river and the adjacent forest, painted a beautiful picture of a tranquil retreat. Amanda's dedication to ensuring a memorable experience shined through in her decor, special touches, and wonderful breakfasts. Each morning there were fresh breads, fruit, and a selection of cooked-to-order hot dishes. Amanda clearly has a commitment to quality and a desire to cater to individual preferences and her warmth and friendliness added an extra layer of hospitality to my stay. I hope to return again sometime!Guest review byBurrLuxembourg

Room very good. Staff excellent.
Room very good. Staff excellent. Had a small issue with TV which was sorted very quickly. Restaurant excellent. Bar had a good atmosphere. It's not huge so has a 'personal' feel. Felt it was well located for the Town Centre and Iron bridge Gorge, each being around 5 miles away.Guest review byMartinUnited Kingdom - 8.0
Shrewsbury is very accessible on foot, much less so by car...
Shrewsbury is very accessible on foot, much less so by car due to the nature of the town which can be very congested. Parking in the Frankwell car park is best, and free after 18.00. The river tours are worth doings - Sarbrina tours recommended. The museums, castle and galleries we visited were great. There is also lots to see and do within a short drive - Ironbridge, various National Trust, English Heritage etc. properties.Guest review byDavidUnited Kingdom - 10.0
A beautiful old town with lot of very good ancient pubs.
A beautiful old town with lot of very good ancient pubs. The church is spectacular - but then it does get 5 stars in the 1000 English Churches guide. Th castle - although a ruin is well worth a visit.Guest review byBrianUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The Victorian town at Blists Hill is well worth a visit as is a walk over the iron bridge. There are plenty of places to eat and drink. Ironbridge is best discovered on foot and there are carparks so you can park up and do this.Guest review bySimonUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Bridgnorth is a pretty market town with a funicular lift from the High town to the Low town. The river frontage is very pretty. There are cafes, pubs and restaurants. It is the home to the Severn Valley Railway. Very near to the beautiful Shropshire Hills and various National Trust properties. The Ironbridge Museums are excellent and very near. Also the RAF Museum at Cosford is near. Near to the M54 motorway for access.Guest review byDMC TravellerUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We had a lovely weekend visiting university daughter. Stayed at The Swan Inn on Lower Bar. Loved the short stroll to the high street and shopping. Very friendly locals. Lots more to do than we had time for. Had Sunday lunch at The Lamb Inn at Edgmond - highly recommended. The architecture of the buildings along the high street was lovely.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
