The staff were beyond exceptionall. Yasmine at front desk, Pete and Paul at concierge, Brian in the dining room. Absolutely brilliant. I have stayed at more than 100 hotels in the past 10 years from Argentina to Japan and this property is doing everything right. Also, I want to say thank you for their kindness in accommodating my family's situation when my father got very ill. Thank you.

Beautiful ambiance that is carried through the hotel from the breakfast area with stunning decorations to the bar with the old rustic feeling all the way to the rooms which are spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. The kind of room you immediately take off your shoes in. The location is excellent with most places for eating and drinking within 5 minutes walking and even the Titanic museum being only 20 minutes away. Very friendly staff and beautiful facilities. This hotel was just such a pleasure to stay at.

Fantastic location, without a question. Staff always polite and happy to chat. We came for a wedding, which outside of Belfast. Lovely lady let me use a table at the restaurant to unpack from transit, clean and gift wrap a framed painting, which was the wedding gift. The staff also helped me to clean the glass. At breakfast there was 80s disco music playing and at some point all the staff started dancing, which is a reflection of good overall work atmosphere. This is a place to come back to for a comfortable stay.

Fantastic location in Great Victoria street opposite the historic Crown Liquor saloon. Very comfortable stay on the 8th floor in an executive room. Stayed many times in Belfast previously but this was our first stay at the Europa. The hotel's atmosphere is one of serenity and opulence. Loved late night cocktails in the piano lounge which one of the staff shrewdly commented was our living room for our stay. Marvellous.

There's plenty of space to park and the coastal walk is a stone throw away. I am definitely going to suggest this place to my friends.

I was particularly impressed with the Belfast City Hall and enjoyed my visit there. The city is very diverse and the history is fascinating. I also was glad to have the experience of a Black Taxi Tour. My driver, Brian, was enthusiastic and shared interesting stories with me. He also recommended that I visit Glasnevin Cemetery I when returned to Dublin. I followed his advice and was very glad that I had.

Feels like a fairy tale city. Very lovely, walkable as long as you can manage hills. Tone of history, so do your homework before you go, and you'll get more out of it. Taxis reasonable, people lovely! I did a walking tour of the city walls which was most enjoyable. Lots of good places to eat.

Portrush has really improved since the Open. More bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. My daughter and her friend really enjoyed staying here which was a bonus as they are hard to please these days. I would recommend a stay in Portrush during school term time to avoid the large crowds and have a much more real experience of this beautiful coastal town.

Bushmills is a great base location if visiting Northern Ireland and in particular the North Antrim coast. We visited cities and towns such as Belfast, Coleraine, Portrush, Portstewart, Ballymoney, Ballycastle and Ballintoy and attractions like the Giants Causeway, Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, Ballintoy harbour etc. Bushmills has a number of Fish & Chip shops, Chinese takeaways and coffee shops which we sampled. Our favourite two places to eat out were the Sizzlin Sausage in Ballymoney (for a proper Irish Fried breakfast) and the Water Margin Chinese restaurant in Coleraine; both definitely worth a visit. You can't visit the area without trying Morelli's Ice-cream, which we did in Portstewart, Portrush and Ballycastle :-)

It is a small town but a great point for visiting the Mourne mountains and beaches. Some individual gift and clothes boutiques. Good choice of restaurants and cafes. The little town Camlough we stayed in was really lovely and you can walk around it's shops easily as they are close together. Great variety of places to eat and a large nisa extra convenient store. Being a coffee lover, I never seen as many signs advertising coffee available along our traveling route it was amazing but such a tease as you can't be having coffee pit stops every 5 minutes or my partner would just leave me out by one of the coffee trailers for the whole day by myself lol.
