This is my 3rd time in Stratford-upon-Avon.
This is my 3rd time in Stratford-upon-Avon. It is a beautiful small town. The places basically is reachable by walking. Both Shakespeare's birthplace and Ann Hathaway's cottage are worth to visit. We also have a wonderful time at the Butterfly Farm. I like the small crepe shop and had wonderful dinner at a small Japanese style restaurant. We love the small bookshop and bought some secondhand books.Guest review byPui YeeHong Kong - 10.0
Beautiful town with a fantastic castle to visit.
Beautiful town with a fantastic castle to visit. Warwick castle has to be the best castle to visit in the country. A lot of effort has been put into the presentation of the castle it is well worth a visit. Warwick town is very charming with plenty of small business shops to choose from. We went to the street party they had in July 2025 it was a great atmosphere in Warwick is very safe.Guest review byShelleyUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Kenilworth Castle is a wonderful place to visit, and I would recommend it to anyone. Likewise Kenilworth itself - there is not much left of the Abbey, but it is definitely worth a stroll through the well-kept and tranquil grounds. The shopping area is well served with a large variety of shops, and plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from. Another thing I noticed was that there are lots of benches where one can stop to rest.Guest review byRodneyUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Coleshill is a very old market town in a rural setting, currently being torn up and built over to accommodate HS2. The town has always been out on its own but the outer world and HS2 is bring it into the modern drama and noise.Guest review byJennyUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Rugby is a pretty little town with some history.
Rugby is a pretty little town with some history. Most shopping is now in small retail estates on the outskirts, allowing for larger premises and stock. This means the towh centre has small cosy cafes drinking holes and a smattering of charity shops.Guest review byAnonymousUnited Kingdom - 10.0

I've been to Nuneaton a couple of times now for Jiu-jitsu at Andre Ramos Nuneaton and the place is beautiful. It's got an amazing park for walks, the town centre is bustling with shops, restaurants and pubs. Anything you would need is there. The food is great, a huge variety of cuisines and overall a great place to visitGuest review byMaryIreland - 10.0

Fantastic location and beautifully furnished pod in the trees! We were on route to the Lakes. I called the location prior to booking to ensure I could have another person and the staff member dawn was very helpful indeed. It was well provided for with equipment and the pod was very warm and cosy. The location in the trees is lovely seeing little dears and lots of birds, sheep and animals around. I would have liked to have stayed and explored a bit more.Guest review bySusannahUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Alcester itself is a delightful village a mini Stratford on Avon without the crowds. Lovely old main street with old buildings and church. The Alcester museum previously visited was very informative. Excellent coffee shop Chapter 23 in the main streetGuest review byMartin - 4.0
Service was not good .
Service was not good . We waited long for check in and 3 times had to use my card as the Internet service was bad at reception and kept declining. Room was smelly and pillows were not comfy and old . No extra pillows provided in the room. At breakfast time waited ages for someone to book us but no one available so we went in to the dinning area . Then a staff member rudely asked what room we are in ! Explained no one was at the front desk so came in after waiting ages and also seen other couples face the same thing during breakfast time . The name of the hotel and what we seen advertised was not the same expectation.Guest review byMohammad TaherUnited Kingdom
