Everything about this beautiful little hotel is amazing. The included breakfast is delicious and very generous. The staff goes the extra mile for their guests. The location by the river in this charming town is beautiful. Watching the many Swans and other birds every day was amazing.

The location, staff, our room with a view of the hills and the fabulous breakfast. It was our first visit to the Malvern area and what a great introduction it was. Even coped with the carpark... it's very flat where we live!

This was a great location near the center of Bewdley. The apartment was spacious for 3 of us. The bathroom and kitchenette were nice and the apartment had the best selection of teas, coffees, and hot chocolates of any place ive stayed at. The directions and check in access were easy to follow.

The buildings are beautiful & I loved its history. I stayed with my dog who was made very welcome. The grounds and perfect for dog walking as well as very peaceful. The room was spotlessly clean, tasteful furniture for the period of the property & extremely comfortable bed. Food was delicious too & beautifully prepared. I would struggle to find any fault with this hotel!

It was a trip to visit friends.. We spent the two days walking/eating at the Arrow Valley Country Park Well worth the visit ,great food at reasonable prices, overlooking the lake. Especially walking to the ruined Abbey and the needle factory (Bordesley Abbey) which took us approximately 2 hour round trip easy walking. Accessible by car .

Great Malvern is a charming town in a marvellous setting (below the Malvern Hills). Also, being on the national rail network, it is a convenient base from which to visit neighbouring towns such as Hereford, Ledbury and Birmingham.

A fabulous old historic hotel centrally located in Broadway...

A fabulous old historic hotel centrally located in Broadway with very helpful and friendly staff. Our room was of good size and the bed very comfortable and large. The decor of the room needs an upgrade in our opinion, along with the bathroom modernising. The Dining Room, bar area and assorted snug reception rooms are quite amazing and in keeping with the history of this beautiful 600 year old coaching inn. One of our disappointments was the James Martin Grill restaurant, we were probably expecting much higher standards for our dinner which didn't appear. We enjoyed our first evening bar meal in the Hunter bar which is attached to the hotel, possibly more. The pool and spa were absolutely delightful although one point to note was to be asked for a discretionary 12.5% service charge on top of the treatment prices (the treatments themselves were standard given that their descriptions in the marketing online would make you think otherwise) which are higher than average and increase at the weekend. It was a very special treat for us and all in all a great stay.

Droitwich is a small town so does not have a lot to offer. Every evening I used to walk in Vines Park alongside the canal, a most enjoyable walk. There are plenty of parking facilities in Droitwich although I did not use them since the hotel was very near the centre.
