Loved the town, daughter has her heart set on Hallam uni now. Keep an eye on which way you walk in and out of the city from the hotel as there were dodgy areas, like any city. Loved the fact that the centre is almost all pedestrianised. Had a fab meal in Bella Italia.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0

Scarborough has long been an attractive option for a Yorkshire seaside break. It has suffered like many seaside town from the flight from UK holidays to cheap flights abroad. It is still a great family resort, with strong natural features, including the beaches and coastal gardens, and the castle. It s cultural offer is improving all the time. The Spa puts on some great events and the Stephen Joseph Theatre is a real gem with a great range of theatre productions, film and other events. The town centre continues to receive investment which will only bring more into the town as will the Scarborough Fair programme of off season activities that has just started.Guest review byMelvynUnited Kingdom - 10.0

We went to visit the Hepworth Gallery and the Yorkshire Sculpture Park. Finding somewhere to eat on Tuesday night was a challenge! But bus services to both the gallery and the YSP were good. Quite a few places for breakfast on offer.Guest review byAnnUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Huddersfield doesn't have the best of reputations, which is a pity. I think that it's an absolute gem. The buildings are gorgeous, particularly to one who looks, such detail and reference to the industrial past. From the entrance steps to the railway station, one can see a lion and a prime minister. If you roam and keep your eyes open, there is so much more. I ate at my hotel. i travelled by car,Guest review byRichardUnited Kingdom
