Great location, markets were very close by, and there was plenty of parking around the premises, so you always had a parking spot when you'd come back from the beach (of course you'd need a car to go to the best beaches, or a 15-20 min walk which is not bad, but that's just how the island is), city center was near but uphill/downhill so there's that. Room was great as pictured, very clean and modern. There were toiletries towels and a hair dryer, we also had free coffee/tea with cream and a coffee maker of course. Hosts were amazing and super friendly, very seamless and fast check in. 10/10 on everything they have listed.

What I loved most about our stay in Ammouliani was the location — just two steps from the port and right in the heart of the village, surrounded by terraces, shops, bakeries, and even the local church. It was a unique experience to become part of the village's daily rhythm for a whole week, sharing in the locals' rituals and events. Our host was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay.

Very friendly hosts and the room very clean. Every day the room was cleaned.

Amazing view both from the balcony and from the barbeque area. The little beach looks like a little piece o heaven. The rooms are clean and equipped with everything that you need. They have a lot of coffee, coffee beans, ground coffee, coffee pods, instant coffee. Will return.

Very spacious (around 40sqm), comfortable and clean, about 300m by foot from the beautiful Alikes beach. The hosts are very kind and hard-working to keep everything clean and in order, keen to help with needed information, while allowing their guests the privacy they need.
