There is a metro station nearby, a 2-minute walk away, which is well connected to the airport, and the bus station in front of the hotel.
It is typical boutique-style hotel (hence the name), but with very spacious and well-equipped rooms (complimentary water, coffee machine with capsules, tea, ironing facilities...)
The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is served in a room on the top floor of the hotel, from whose terrace you can see the Acropolis. The only minor complaint is the size of the breakfast room, but without affecting its functionality.
Finally, the prices are also very reasonable for a hotel in such a location and with such decoration and comfort.

SerbiaThe scenery from the top-floor room is fantastic. I used to check out the Parthenon from my window at different times of the day, bathed in different sunlight. The hotel is modern, very stylish and perfectly positioned within walking distance of everything, and yet away from the crowd. Staff members are very welcoming. There is always a nice treat and refreshment served in the reception hall. Breakfast is very nice - small samples of a large variety of very high-quality food. And the view from the restaurant!!!

SwedenWe needed a hotel to spend the night in Piraeus because we had a really early boat. This was reasonably priced and right up our alley in terms of comfort, decoration and overall service.
The room was big and beautiful, tastefully decorated and modern, with good toiletries and complementary water. Really comfortable bed and pillows.
The wifi worked well.
It is within walking distance to the metro and the port, do check where your boat leaves from however, the port is ginormous and some gates are like 40 mins away.
The receptionist was super fun and nice and received us really well.
We left at 6 in the morning (with an Uber since our gate was E2 and that is far) so we did not have breakfast.
Next time we have to stay in Piraeus we will stay here for sure. Really good choice!

SwitzerlandI loved everything about this place! This is one of the best boutique hostels I’ve ever stayed at. The bed, duvet, and two (!) pillows are incredibly comfortable.
I especially appreciated the privacy provided by the curtain, as well as the convenience of having two power outlets (one usb) and a light for each bed.
The dorms are really well thought out, with a locker featuring a code and a drawer under the beds for those who want to use a padlock. The walk-in shower with shampoo/conditioner and the provision of two towels (which is uncommon for a hostel) were fantastic touches.
Free drinkable water, a kitchenette with a dining area, a spacious common area perfect for digital nomads, and an on-site bar and restaurant make the experience even better. I also loved the interior design and the vending machine stocked with organic and healthy products. The cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding.
The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful.
Ps. I slept in the 4 beds female dorm, but there are many other options as hotel, even junior suites!

CroatiaOur first visit to Athens, what a city! Our choice of hotel was fortunately completely spot on.
The location is great for walking to any mayor places of interest. The neighbourhood is nice and save and there are several great small shops in the street, I actually bought all my presents for the 'kids' back home just across the street. The hotel is recently opened so everything is new, clean and well maintained.
'Welcome' at the reception was very friendly and efficient, they upgraded us to a room with terrace and outdoor jacuzzi. What a treat! Actually I can only praise everyone at the reception, they were all so friendly and helpful. Arranged taxi's in the evening to drive us to restaurants further away and even kept out luggage in storage as we had a late flight when we left.
The room as mentioned was excellent, large, comfy bed, good sized bathroom with walk inn shower, magnifying mirror and quality vanity items as well a large terrace to enjoy the sun. And I really appreciated the Nespresso machine in the room. I brought my own capsules though because 2 euro for one capsule provided by the hotel is really adding to your bill if you drink 2 triple espresso's in the morning...
The entire hotel and room were spotless clean.
Breakfast is served in the bar on the ground floor of the hotel. It was very good. Besides the buffet part you can choose 'a la carte', which is smart as you will be served with a freshly prepared nice selection of dishes of your choice.
All in all: This was a really great experience and we will be happy to return to Praxitelous Luxury Suites and will recommend it to anyone visiting Athens. You won't regret! Thanks to the entire team, we will be back, Athens is a stunning city and your hotel is a remarkable one, for a reasonable price.

Everything was excellent.
We booked a regular twin room but got an upgrade so we stayed in a spacious deluxe twin room.
Food served for breakfast was delicious and diverse.
We came by car and got a parking space right in front of the hotel.
The location was OK with us because we didn't mind a 30 minute walk to the main attractions in the city. The hotel is next to the main road, the neighborhood is OK, well lit and surprisingly clean (since it is a huge city with millions of people).
The hotel is very well maintained and clean, the rooms are also well equipped with everything you might need.
The hotel staff is super professional and helpful; all of them (at the reception desk and restaurant, the maids). They advised us on what to see, which the most scenic routes and streets are, what public transport is the best to use (since traffic in Athens is nerve-racking).
All in all, we would stay there again.

Everything was exceptional . The room unexpectedly was a great size with a balcony that had a side view of the beach.
The breakfast had a great variety of things to choose from, eg. eggs cooked 3 ways, pastries, fresh fruit, and all fresh and tasty.
On the last day, the island lost power, but they still managed to feed the entire hotel with no fuss.
The standout though is the staff, especially Werner, who is so friendly and helpful.
Immi was amazing as well, always running around making guests stay comfortable.
The lady at the bar was awesome, along with the whole cleaning crew.
Would definitely be my choice to stay when we come back.

The rooms and building were beautiful -high celings, styled in an antique way.
Amazing Service- The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was really good- coffee, juice, toast with spreads, mix of fruit, greek yogurt, honey and a choice of eggs cooked your way.
The beds were comfortable
Great location as 5 or 7 minutes walk from Port. Minimal stairs compared to the rest of the island . Slight incline up from Port, but only a feew stairs up at the hotel. This was good as I have a bad Knee

Very good hotel and staff - they're really amazing. The only weak point is the location. Yes, it's right beside the metro and you're still close to the main attractions - but not THAT close. And the neighborhood may be kind of unpleasant.
I've got the adapted room cause I use a wheelchair. It was big and good, overall. Some things can still be better, in this matter.
All this being said, definitely worth the price. Recommend.

Yeah Ateny it's a really lovely place... A lot of pretty objects, people usually was very nice. City of Athens offer a lot of attractive proposition for adults and also for children. This absolutely fantastic place for everybody not only for tourism but also for sailing and many many more... have a beautiful old town good communication a lots of bar, restaurant and cultural proposition. Will be back for sure....

We go there a day or two early arriving from Athens to board our cruise ship. Piraeus is a lovely city. Almost next door is a new building with a bar looking out over the harbour. Down on the corner is a great kebab place and just across the road is a local, family run taverna with great food. We always order too much!

Awful experience.
Awful experience. My flight was delayed and I arrived around 1 AM. The host told me the booking was cancelled because it was late — but no one ever informed me about that. She hung up on me several times and offered no help.
We were left outside in the rain with our luggage, had to take another taxi back to the airport, and ended up sleeping on the floor for seven hours. Still waiting for the refund she promised. Totally unacceptable.

The property was spotless.
The property was spotless. The ower was suportive and offered the transfer to the international airport because there was taxi industrial action at the time.
The appartment was very close to the sandy beach. And you may find a very nice bakery round the corner and many shops. To sum it up I intend to return to this property again while traveling .

Nice to visit for a few days and enjoy walking about and meeting cats. Walk a little bit down from the harbour for maybe one hour and there is a good pebble beach. Make sure you do the walk up to the Prophet Elias monastery and bring some Euros for their small gift shop

My father was born here so my 1st cousins live here.
My father was born here so my 1st cousins live here. I brought my husband and sons here to introduce them. I loved my stay here meeting up with them again and revisiting all the places I’d been to before and seeing how much things had changed.
It’s a beautiful little town with the beach being so close too.

We stayed in the very comfortable harbor area of Aegina Town. Just a 40-minute ferry from Athens' Pireaus port. Ancient sites to visit. Lots of harbor restaurants for beverages and dining. A relaxing way to settle in from international travel before our extended tour of Athens and the Peloponnese tour. Would have been a great wind-down stay afterward too.

This is a beautiful island. The sea is warm and inviting. The beaches, although there is some sand, are very stony, and beach shoes are recommended. We went on a boat trip to navigate the island, taking a route that circled the entire island. It was a small boat and we were driving it ourselves. The day was slightly windy, and the sea we didn't realise was quite rough once you moved away from the beach. We only lasted one hour of the four-hour trip booked. It would have been better to have been warned that the sea would be rough, as we would have chosen another day for our trip.
There are many boats, including sailing, charter, and private vessels, visiting Poros, making the port very busy. The boats were fascinating to watch.
There are numerous excellent tavernas, and they are not expensive. They serve a variety of local dishes, including fresh seafood and traditional Greek cuisine. The boat transfer from Athens takes only one hour, and the ferry operator is very prompt. I recommend a visit to Poros.

Even the taxi drivers were having difficulty finding the hotel.
Unfortunately we won't be visiting again !
Absolutely would not recommend it if you want a fun packed holiday with great quality food and drink !

Rafina îs a nice place to stay if you eat to be close to the airport .
We spent 2 nites and hired a car . This means you can drive to Rafina ( an EASY 25 min drive ) and the next day we drove back to the airport to take the tram into Monastraki Athens to go to Plaka etc and back to the airport ( 9Euro each way ) .This way no parking issues in Athens .
The Port Rafina is cute with dozens of great restuarants in the port
