- From US$334.73 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.4Superb - What previous guests thought, 836 reviewsThe staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. The food was delicious, and the beach setup was impressive. I especially appreciated the evening service—they brought water, refreshed the bed, provided clean towels, and even left a chocolate on the pillow. Breakfast, meals, and drinks were all outstanding. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely return.Guest review bykimAustria

We stayed in Old Town which is an older part of Chania but is within walking distance of of the port, shopping and restaurants. We took private tours to the White Mountains and to Sougia (the most southern part of Crete), which I recommend, to see ancient Greek ruins and Roman tombs. Also we took a walking tour around Old Town to become familiar with the surrounding local favorites. We visited a local farmer's market for cheese, fruit and olives. Everyone was very nice and welcoming.Guest review byLindaUnited States - 8.0

The Old Town was very crowded and every restaurant owner was trying to lure you in. We had some lovely meals, best pizza was at Pan & Vino outside the Old Town Walls. Best trip was the Dolce Vita booze cruise down the East Coast. The boat trip to Symi was too long and the harbour was very crowded when we arrived full of rental scooters and cars. Worst trip was bus ride to seven springs, the bus stopped at every single bus stop probably close to 60 stops on the way.Guest review byRobinIreland - 10.0

Some great restaurants, though vegetarians have to look harder, some amazing views and a unique charm. Can be tricky to get around if you have restricted mobility, but it is worth the effort. Over-promoted (where isn't?) so pretty busy anytime, but visiting in late season brings its own rewards.Guest review bySimonUnited Kingdom - 6.0
The town was buzzing and full of life.
The town was buzzing and full of life. Some excellent restaurants (peskesi a stand out) Beaches were stunning especially when blessed with perfect summer weather. BUT, the traffic is terrible, parking is difficult, road-rules are optional and the lane-ways are very narrow. Visiting Knossos is an absolute must.Guest review byGeorgeAustralia - 10.0

It is very expensive to eat out, so you will need to shop around. If you stay away from the restaurants with a view, you can see a big difference in the prices if you go a street or two below for the same food. Bring runners with you as you will do alot of walking and the paths are not great so no heels. Beware of roads as they do not have the same rules (no rules) as your own country.Guest review byJanIreland - 10.0
Absolutely loved it, it was so pretty!
Absolutely loved it, it was so pretty! Lots of shops and beautiful restaurants. We went on a great walking tour with Corfu Perspectives Guided Tours which I highly recommend. The people are so friendly too. Enjoyed the Corfu specialities, Kumquat ice cream was a stand out!Guest review byEmmaAustralia - 8.0
Naxos Chora is a wonderful place to visit for a short while.
Naxos Chora is a wonderful place to visit for a short while. The older/medieval part is a labirinth of alleys, well worth wandering around and discovering art galleries and shops hidden away. The front is full of taverners catering for all tastes, but it can get very busy. Alternatively you can walk away from the front to have a calmer meal in one of the excellent family taverners. St Georges beach is nearby, a nice sandy bay, with a long slope out into the sea. There is easy access to the ferry terminals, but a taxi will be required to get to and from the airport.Guest review byIanUnited Kingdom - 8.0

As it’s built into the mountains, reasonable mobility is desirable, however it is disable friendly and the taxis are cheap, On site there are lots of steps and inclines to the facilities, as well as lifts, but I’m sure a persons needs could be accommodated to all the pools and restaurants. I’m 71 and managed to walk into town/star beach ok, enjoyed the exercise tbh! Overall the hotel is brilliant for families with children of all ages. I would go back for sure! The town is superb, so much choice for eating/drinking out, shopping good, usual touristy stuff! People are friendly and very helpful.Guest review bySue moUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Crowded with cruise ship visitors but only during mid-point of day. Once we figured out layout, easy to get around. Lots of stairs, so be prepared. All was welcoming. Especially all the tours and guides. Wine-tasting and catamaran tours great. E-bike was a bit more difficult than I anticipated - but probably more about my fitness level - not the tour. Tour guide really looked out for me. Santorini exceeded our expectations.Guest review byKatherineUnited States
