- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.0Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 404 reviewsThe complex is set in a wonderful, unique setting, it offers various breathtaking views. The staff is both extremely professional and lovely. Special mention to Sotiria, she was a perfect host and we felt very welcome. The site has a very private and unique access to the sea and two pools. The restaurant serves delicious food. Lovely menu, exquisite fresh fish. The breakfast somptuous. We also chose to treat ourselves with cruise on a speedboat, and we absolutely loved the tour around Ithaca. Don't miss it. So many things deserve a mention : the sunset is unforgettable from the restaurant, the staff at the Spa is skilled and very friendly, and we absolutely loved our Yoga and Pilates classes facing the sea. Unforgettable. We will come again.Guest review byGauthierFrance
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 252 reviewsWe had the perfect stay! Our hosts were so kind and obliging. We arrived late and left early, just one night (in transit). Would have happily stayed longer. The breakfast basket arrived at 8am and contained many homemade treats. Jams, bread and cake. Plus cooked eggs, ham, etc. Very spoilt and just what we needed for our onward journey. They arranged a taxi for us to go to Fiskardo. Also, excellent. No hesitation to recommend this perfect spot.Guest review byKirstinUnited Kingdom
- From $100.55 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.5Very Good - What previous guests thought, 783 reviewsBreakfast was excellent a wide selection of foods to choose from, buffet style where you can eat as much as you like, lots of health options to choose from. Location right on the water front, road can be noisy at times however this is not the hotels fault. Lots going on, plenty of places to eat in walking distance. Closest beach is in walking distance if you fancy a good walk.Guest review byNeilUnited Kingdom
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.2Very Good - What previous guests thought, 628 reviewsThe tiny beach is right across the hotel and there was nobody there. It's approximately 30 min walking from which I didn't mind, I went for a run or walked. It's good value for the price, with breakfast included, the young receptionist was nice, the room even has a TV (didn't watch) and my room was big with a terrasse. There's a pool as well (didn't use it).Guest review byJanetCosta Rica

Argostoli is a sizable city.
Argostoli is a sizable city. It has nice restaurants, shops and resources, but not what I came to a Greek Island to do. The rest of Kefalonia has many wonderful, picturesque villages and beaches with quaint restaurants and places to explore. The people of Kefalonia are generally friendly and helpful.Guest review byKathrynUnited States - 10.0
Sami was my favourite location on Kephalonia...
Sami was my favourite location on Kephalonia...I scooted round the island but feel Sami is the most laid back. I liked the bit of beach where the locals swam. The food was good at all the restaurants and I particularly enjoyed drinking in the evening at the blues bar. The only thing that tainted my stay was when on the last day just before I was about to drop my scooter off the police pulled me over for not having an helmet on...and gave me a huge fine of £335. Man all the locals were scooting round without helmets...how come I got whacked? Nice place thoughGuest review byAnonymous - 10.0
We have visited Lassi many times and we have returned...
We have visited Lassi many times and we have returned because it has all the elements of a great holiday. A good variety of beaches offering good swimming, snorkeling and facilities, many accessible by foot as well as car. The resort is laid back and spread out, it does not feel busy, although there are a good range of restaurants, supermarket and shops. There are also pleasant places to walk, particularly round the Fanari area. A key advantage is the proximity to Argostoli, particularly at the end of the season, we always know that if we need any shopping or more variety of restaurants and shops, it is a short drive or taxi-ride away. It also offers a lovely harbour area for a nice stroll.Guest review byPaulaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

You can tell by the size of some of the yachts that are moored here, it is a more expensive resort. However the warmth and service from the staff at the shops and restaurant remains. You are able to take day ferries to other islands from hereGuest review byDevonUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Lots of choice of bars and restaurants all manned by super friendly staff and food was excellent. Everything was close together along with some restaurants overlooking the lovely Sandy beach which stretched for miles. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and had several day trips out exploring everything this beautiful island had to offer. Would definitely recommend a visit.Guest review byGeorginaUnited Kingdom - 10.0
It is so pretty, still has it's traditional Greek charm.
It is so pretty, still has it's traditional Greek charm. Great restaurants and lovely beach for snorkelling on the way to Paradise Restaurant. Sea crystal clear and warm. We visited here 34 years ago and yes it has changed but not too much and did not disappoint. Could have stayed for months! The locals were very welcoming. Can't wait to return.Guest review bySusanUnited Kingdom - 10.0
A quaint little village.
A quaint little village. Be aware that the village is at the bottom of a very mountainous area. Find a place with with 50 to 100m distance to the village. Also, if driving, take plenty of water as it is not drinkable there.Guest review byClaireUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Paradise Pool Bar is exceptional.
Paradise Pool Bar is exceptional. The food and the atmosphere are a credit to the team! Argo is a great place to eat and drink, any time of the day. Simple food very well done, with excellent attention to detail and service. Martha's Cafe is a traditional meeting spot that gives you a true sense of Greek life. Octopus Meze Bar is a great place to base yourself for a day at the beach with good food and service. Rent a car at Odysseus Palace and explore a little further!Guest review byTheresaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

beautiful, if you're looking for peace and quiet and just to chill away from crowds and mass tourism you have come to the right place. A few hotels, taverns and one shop we love it. La Travena Opposite Astra Village is a beautiful restaurant run by the most amazing women and the food is excellent, lovely people. Wouldn't go by the bus time table displayed on the bus stop they are out of date. ask around and see if a local can give you an up-to-date one. But would recommend the round trip to see the island and the turtles in Agostini. We did the island tour with Kefalonia tours and that was good as well.Guest review byJanetUnited Kingdom - 8.0
