Hotel was unbelievable. We satisfied very high. There there is free parking for cars. Rooms are super renovated and very clean. The gym was unbelievable. It was outdoor gym. There is sunbed for every room and it is very close to the beach. The beach is very clean. She is unbelievable stuff is very helpful. The food was very delicious. Breakfast is very nice and fresh. We stayed for our second honeymoon and highly recommend.

This resort is an absolute MUST if you are travelling to kos! If felt like a dream staying here. Also, I want to praise the waiters Kostas and Tolis, they made our stay AMAZING! If you are planning on booking, you have to ask for them as they are so friendly and we loved hanging out with them. By far the best waiters we have met in our years of travelling. This resort is a 11/10!

A Cultural Crossroad

Birthplace of the father of medicine, Hippocrates, Kos is the 3rd largest island of the Dodecanese. Located in the south Aegean region, this green island has a temperate climate, palm tree-lined avenues, and crystalline blue waters, all accessible by bike.

The beach area was also stunning, with a beautiful aesthetic that reminded me of the Hamptons—chic, serene, and simply picturesque. The breakfast buffet was beautifully presented with absolutely everything one could ask for, making my morning a delightful start to the day. The attention to detail at this hotel was exceptional. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a thoughtful, handwritten welcome note in my room, along with a gift of local olive oil, which was a lovely touch. The staff took the time to show me around and explain everything thoroughly, making sure I felt completely at home. A special thanks to the Sarah, Kostas, Eleni and Olympia who went above and beyond to make my stay perfect. Their warm hospitality and helpfulness were extraordinary! All in all, this hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable stay on Kos.

    Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kipriotis Village Resort in Kos Town. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality exceeded all expectations. I was upgraded to an exclusive suite and received so many thoughtful complimentary add-ons — free airport transfers, late checkout, in-room bar access, and even a five-star complimentary dinner. The suite was spacious and comfortable, with one of the most relaxing beds. The garden right outside added a calm, refreshing vibe that made the stay even more special. The beach and the large pool were just a minute’s walk away, and having access to water slides at the connected resort was a fantastic bonus. The food throughout was consistently good, and the gym facilities were a great touch. A special thanks to Gizim from Guest Relations — she went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Her warmth and care made all the difference, and I truly felt looked after the entire time. I highly recommend this resort if you’re visiting Kos. Great vibes, great food, and amazing service.     The hotel is amazing! The whole staff team is working hard to make your stay completely stress free and the facilities that the hotel offers is just great. I have to say a BIG thanks to the Kids Club team (amazing job from all of them, particularly Lilia) and the water sports team that are also treating the kids with a lot of kindness and responsibility. Overall, it was an absolute superb experience! The hotel is clean and quite good food.

    We loved staying at the Michelangelo Resort & Spa. It was only a short stay (next time we will stay longer) but the staff from the reception, the restaurants to the pool bar were exceptional.     Loved walking around in the city center and having lunch here during the day, but we mostly had dinner along the beach. Lots of things to see, many boat trips (3 Island Trip with the Oddysey and Nisyros trip highly recommended). Beach: We loved going to Tarzan and using their sunbeds. Also recommend renting a bike and touring for a day. Number 1 restaurant: The Chasapaki

    Flight from ATH (Aegean Air) very good. With luggage in-hand, we got in-line for a taxi to take us to lodging. Terrible experience. Must have been 35++ people in-line, A few taxis came initially. Wait was over 30 minutes. Standing in sun. It took a long time to get a taxi. Way to long. First impression of Kos, very poor. Then, our taxi driver could not find our lodging in the Kefalos area (think this was a rare event, as our lodging was NOT on the taxi drivers GPS display...???). Finally used Google Maps and that worked. Trip was off to poor start and never got better. Disappointed in Kos ground transportation. Have traveled a good number of the Greek Islands. This was the FIRST (Kos) that I would NOT return to.

    Mastichari is lovely!

    Mastichari is lovely! It is a chilled Greek village beside a beach with a small terminal for ferries to / from Kalymnos, and a bus stop that will get you to Kos town or the airport. There is a nice variety of tavernas for traditional Greek food, and a handful of bars. Prices in Mastichari are much cheaper than in Kos town! There are a selection of shops that sell a mixture of groceries, booze, and souvenirs. If you need a big supermarket, head up the hill out of the village and you will come to Constantinos, which has everything you need. There's also plenty of places to hire cars etc. The beach is right beside the village. It is very chilled. There are no noisy bars churning out loud music, or noisy motorised watersports. There are some sunbeds, but the beach is not dominated by them. Most of the holiday makers we saw were, like us, middle aged or older (this is not a criticism!). If you are younger and / or want a lively nightlife, this village may not be for you. Everything is fairly flat (unless you go up that big hill above the village), but you will need to tackle a step or two to get into shops and tavernas. The smaller hotels here will have stairs, not lifts, so do your research if accessibility is an issue for you.

    It's a very small town, there isn't much to see or do.

    It's a very small town, there isn't much to see or do. You can pretty much walk in two directions. But Tigaki is close, there's a bit more variety of restaurants and bars and cafes. The beach in Marmari is perfect though! And it's very safe and quiet. I would recommend renting a car anyway, because there's not much else to do and you will be more flexible that way. The sunsets in Marmari are very beautiful!

    It was an amazing stay at Agios Fokas.

    It was an amazing stay at Agios Fokas. The Hotel has great facilities and allocated in the nice quiet part of Agios Fokas, not far from thermal water. The atmosphere at the hotel was really nice. The staff were providing an amazing support. Georgios, Annam Joanna, Eleni, Paris, Eva and Ronaldo took care of everything what was needed.

    When we arrived at Villa Milan we were overwhelmed by the countryside location, the large pool and the sea views. It was so easy to relax there, but it was also in close proximity to the water park, beaches, shops and restaurants. We had a hired car and went out every day to explore the island, which is not large, so we covered a lot, and the roads are quiet. The villa had everything we needed and more; spacious rooms, tv, wifi, well equipped kitchen, bbq, air con, fans... and so on. As a family of 5, we really did have a fantastic week here, swimming in the pool and at beaches, the waterpark close by, exploring and of course eating lots of lovely local food. Definitely one of our best and only wished it could have been longer.

    Kos is a fascinating town with ancient Roman ruins everywhere and a great selection of shops and restaurants! Avoid the strip along the beach where it’s quite gritty and scruffy, we got the bus most days to other beaches as we got a bit sick of the busyness of the town. If we return we will stay in Kardamena or Kefalos instead

    Kardamaina is a lovely small port with an interesting mix of accommodation. Think small beach areas and friendly tavernas. Lots to see and do, with excellent choices of quiet beaches, if you have a car. Or great boat trips to islands like Nisyros or Kalymnos.
