We really liked the place. The people were great - very friendly and welcoming. The place is in the mountain, so it has a magnificent view of the sea and the mountain. It is quiet and calm and in the same time it is close to the beach by car. The food was amazing. The best food we had in our whole one week stay in the region.

This is a beautiful place. Everything about it is excellent. They serve one of the best breakfasts we have eaten anywhere in the world. The folks we dealt with Deppy and Christina are probably the two nicest people in Greece. There is a beautiful pool and your suite overlooks the pool and the ocean. Great big parking lot to park your car. The Mount Olympus area and Litochorro are great. Deppy upgraded our suite and gave us a great gift at checkout. Wasn't expecting that. My wife had a massage in the suite. She enjoyed it and the price was right. My wife and I would like to return in the summer so we can swim in the pool. Thanks for your hospitality and thanks for everything you do.

Everything was great. We had an all-inclusive stay, and all drinks, sunbeds, and umbrellas at the beach were included in the price. The bungalows are renovated, and they have their own patio with wooden sunbeds and a swing. It's super modern, cosy, and clean. The cleaning lady comes every day. I would recommend it to every generation, from young to elderly.

    We visit the hotel for the fifth time and I'm happy to say that it's worth visiting. The staff is extremely helpful and responds to every need. It's very clean and the suite was quite comfortable. The sheets and the towels were changed daily. There's even a hydro massage bathtub, and a separate shower. The suite is large with two rooms and a balcony with a table and chairs, where you can drink your morning coffee or evening cocktail. There are different cocktails included in the Allie Inclusive concept. There also different types of coffee drinks and the really loved by all of us Frappe. You an find all these at the three bars: the main one, the pool bar and the beach bar. The food is very, very good. There are different kinds of meals, suitable for different types of eating habits. The ice cream is free from 9:00 am up to 5 pm. The pools are clean and there pools good for children as well as for grown - ups. And the beach is at hand. There are enough place for everyone. But bear in mind that it's near the mount of Olymp, so there are pebbles and it's good to take aqua shoes. The sea is clean and becomes deep quite close to the shore. If you like to have a walk, the town of Leptokarya is ten minutes walk away. There 's a nice promenade along the seaside, lots of cafeterias, small restaurants and bars. There' s also a street with shops and souvenirs. So if you want to spend one really nice and relaxing holiday, this hotel is just for you.

    Our one-night stop at Ktima Faki in Greece was truly a hidden gem. A special thank you to the manager – a beautiful blonde lady (unfortunately I didn’t catch her name) – who surprised us with an upgrade to a stunning sea-front bungalow even though we had booked a simpler room. This thoughtful gesture made our holiday unforgettable. From the bottom of our hearts, a perfect 10/10 for the hotel and the whole team.

    Litochoro is a fantastic place that combines the mountains and the seaside in the best way. It is located at 300 meters above sea level with fresh air and only 15 minutes from the sea. It offers great opportunities for mountain tourism, lovely restaurants, and important religious sites. The peaceful setting, combined with natural beauty and culture, makes it an ideal destination for both relaxation and exploration.

    As a base it’s ok to explore the surrounding beaches, that said I wasn’t impressed with the beaches either but then I had just come from Halkidiki, Sithonia and the beaches there are beautiful so perhaps I’m being a bit unfair. Skotinis beach and in the opposite direction le moon beach bar on Mylos beach were my favourites. Platamonas is nice to have dinner & a walk one night. As is Nei Pori. Leptokarya itself is bigger than you think but just feels run down somehow. Not a place I’d go back to.

    good spot away from rush sities we were off season (end of April) so we couldn't get into the water (outside) but alot of restaurants and nice beaches around in 10 minuts drive very nice tour for Litochoro small toun and easy walking tour for Olimpus graen vally with small waterfall - park the car at the end west of the toun - very nice and good for families

    Platamonas is a great town to visit.

    Platamonas is a great town to visit. Everything is centralized along the waterfront with great restaurants, shops, pharmacies and everything else within easy reach. The streets are kept very clean and the evenings provide a nice family atmosphere to walk, dine and get a gelato. The beaches are nice, with lidos to pay for an umbrella and lounges, or a free beach very close by. English is spoken at almost every shop, hotel and restaurant and I found nothing but curtesy in every transaction.

    Great breakfast for only 6€.

    Great breakfast for only 6€. Beautiful scenery and architecture. A true taste of Greece - only Greek tourists around. Felt very authentic. Wish we could have stayed longer as our visit was so relaxing. We visited the old castle, a local beach and Mount Olympus. Plenty of hiking routes to explore. The locals were all so friendly and welcoming.

    We used Dion rather than the village of Litichuro as our base for climbing Mount Olympus - our guesthouse the Malathro Olympus was fabulous and the host, Giannus was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful - the local restaurant owners were friendly and fun too and it only takes 35 minutes to drive to Prionia, the base for the E4 Olympus trail

    A small village primarily consisting of vacation homes. The beach is beautiful and not too crowded. There are a few tavernas, shops, and cafés in the village center. It's an ideal spot for a quiet, relaxing vacation, with plenty of fresh air and a stunning view of Mount Olympus.

    It's rare that you can combine a beach vacation with a...

    It's rare that you can combine a beach vacation with a mountain one, but Litochoro offers exactly that - in 15-30 minutes by car you can be either in the heart of Olympus or on a sandy beach that looks out a travel brochure. If you head to the beach, we recommend the one between Paralia and Olympiaki Akti a little up north along the coast - there is golden sand, no rocks at all, and no crowds. If you head to the mountain, take the road to Prionia and make sure you stop at the Monastery of Saint Dionysios and Stavros Refuge along the way - the views are truly breathtaking all throughout the trip In the city center, check out the maritime museum, the park, and the restaurants and bakeries along the park. The old church is pretty impressive as well. All in all, a great destination, not just in the summer!
