- From US$230.44 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.4Very good - What previous guests thought, 138 reviewsFor now - it's my favourite all inclusive hotel. I've been to many all-inclusives in other countries, but this hotel, it exceeded my expectations. Maybe I didn't expect anything, I thought “at least they would feed me and there would be no russians” but here we came and every day we said that this is incredible hotel and it has a place in our hearts. Here is some info: 1) This is an adult hotel. And that says it all. This is WOW. When you want to relax, to have a quite place, to swim quietly and read a book, this is the perfect place. Sometimes it seemed to us that people were whispering to each other when they were lying on the sun loungers so as not to disturb others. And overall, I liked the hotel guests, no drunk and shouting people, but polite and calm people. 2) Staff. Well, this is a separate love. We often talked to animators and bartenders. They are so cool and nice people. We already miss you Stelly, Chris, Alex, the cool lifeguard at the pool and the bartenders. The kitchen and restaurant staff - you are just beyond praise, you are super professionals! 3) Room. We had a junior suite. Very well maintained, beautiful and stylish. Had everything we needed. Very clean and cool view from the terrace! 4) Food. OMG!!! How delicious and varied it was! I don't like oatmeal, but here I ate even it :)) I liked absolutely everything. There are evenings of different cuisines, for example, Greek, Italian, Asian, etc. There was always different meat, every day there was some kind of fish, and sometimes a whole aquatic kingdom (tuna steaks, salmon, shrimp, octopus, mussels, and other types of fish). Sweets are just the top. Lots of fruits, vegetables, salads, pizza, pasta, soups and much more. As for drinks, we used to buy water in the store. The taste of beverages from the machine - like salt water. Cocktails also have a slightly salty taste, so we ordered a Prosecco. 5) Hotel.Guest review byNataliia LanskaUkraine
- From US$258.23 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.7Fabulous - What previous guests thought, 378 reviewsTL/DR: the staff was the friendliest I have ever seen. Everything was sparkling clean. The food was great. The all inclusive package is a must have Now a more detailed review: We made a huge mistake by NOT getting the all inclusive pack, and had to go out every day for lunch or dinner. There's a few restaurants within a 15/20 minutes walk, but under a scorching sun that was not worth it. The paid/specialties restaurants in the hotel are too fancy, too expensive and often had to be reserved in advance, so that was not an option. The only one we went to was the one by the beach. The staff was always friendly. Even under a 40/110 degree heat everybody was happy to be there. That made an experience much more agreeable in the entire hotel. At night there would be entertainment in two places. Usually a more cruise ship like dancing or a band playing. And by the pool there would be a more laid back band playing. The whole place felt vibrant and has a 100% family vibe to It. Lots of kids playing in all places. The hotel has a convenience store with basically everything you need. It runs from 8 to 10 every day, and the staff was also super friendly. We would gladly be back, but now with the all inclusive package.Guest review byRicardoPortugal
- From US$494.47 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.1Superb - What previous guests thought, 408 reviewsWe've had an amazing week in this hotel. Nothing to complain about! We enjoyed vacation so much! The food, staff, facilities, pools, and beach - everything was just perfect. We've managed to book all the restaurants during our stay (however, it was a bit tricky), and the food was just delicious. We had a shared pool - this is just perfect for vacation, as there's no hassle with going to the general pool and trying to catch a good spot. Would definitely consider coming back to this hotel in the future!Guest review byNataliiaUkraine

Great assistance, thank you Regina. We travel a lot and I really think what you did for us was special. The hotel is in a really beautiful mountain area, lovely people work there. It was a really relaxing stay for my Easter holidays, thanks!Guest review byKarolinaPoland

You feel peaceful as soon as you arrive, although it is 15 min drive from the coast. Very nicely renovated, with plenty of places to sit and relax. The restaurant food is just amazing, the best we had!! deserves a star. Sublimes the fresh produce. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Nice hikes you can do around (we walked to the Arkadi monastery)Guest review byNaylaSwitzerland

The old town is rich with historical buildings and features.
The old town is rich with historical buildings and features. The fort is worth a visit too, make sure you get a guide book; the on-site information is very sparse. The harbor is a great place to have a beer and people watch. The better and more reasonably priced restaurants are in Old Town, a very short walk away.Guest review byAnthonyUnited States - 10.0

A very good base for very many superb beaches in southern Crete, with a nice beach within the town, some great shops and very good eating options both within the town and the surrounding villages. Not spoiled by mass tourism as many other places in the island, yet neither too remote and hard to reach. Just perfect.Guest review byANGELIKIGreece - 10.0

At the time of our visit ( 29th Sept - 7th Oct 2025 ) the place was simply perfect, warm / hot sunny days and not overcrowded anywhere. We had a blissful stay and enjoyed the short walks in and out of town ... We also loved the little local 'chugga chug' train round all the bays, fabulous idea and always on time ! I particularly enjoyed feeding all the local cats every evening whilst hubby sat with a glass of wine at a nearby cafe / bar plenty of little supermarkets everywhere, a smaller but ample choice of places to eat, and all of the little bays in Balion were really nice 👍♥️Guest review byDonnaGermany - 10.0
Adorable, quaint and full of charm.
Adorable, quaint and full of charm. At night the village centre close the roads, bring out the tables and chairs and the streets are filled with the sights, smells and sounds of Cretan joy. One of the places I will miss the most and can’t wait to return too.Guest review byAnnastasia - 8.0

Agia Galini is a cute little town in the south of Crete, which is always more pleasant than the norih with it's overflowing tourists, traffic jams and windy weather in September. And there are plenty of things to explore: nice beaches, good hiking, old monasteries, remains of ancient towns - lots of history ... but the most enjoyable are the good Greek food, very kind people, peace and wonderful sunsets.Guest review byAnonymousSlovenia - 8.0

Our main. reason for visiting the area was because we were attending a wedding. I did find that Adelianos Kampos was located near to a lot of pick ups for tours around Crete to allow you to experience other areas around the island. Many places to eat around the area, but none that really stuck out for me that I would recommend. Just walk around the area because there is much to choose from.Guest review byBabetteUnited States - 8.0

I really like Platanes, it's not too far from the busy Rethymno centre and slightly more relaxed than being near the main areas, but still has nice restaurants and beach bars etc. and good access to main roads etc. if you like to get out and adventure without getting stuck in congestion, which can sometime be found neare to centre.Guest review byAlexUnited Kingdom - 10.0

It's a quiet village with very friendly people and along the beach road you very quickly arrive at the next village that has a mini market and 3 or 4 tavernas. It's not for people looking for nightlife and shops. A car is needed to get there and to be able to go to bigger town with shops and other sights of interest. Our favourite places in Rodakino were Korakas beach cafe; Super market Zafeirakis where the lady was friendly and helpful and Nikos & Anna Taverna. Just a little further away the taverna at Peristeres beach is definitely my favourite place to eat.Guest review byTemplar - 10.0

The villa is well placed and suitable for up to 4 people. The local cafes and tavernas provide great food and drink at reasonable prices. The beach is lovely and less crowded than the naturist beach which looked very busy.
