Staying was really amazing. Stuff was very lovely, helpful and professional. Hotel smells soo nicely. Room was very clean, has Netflix and YouTube subscriptions and fast room service via tablet. Definitely recommended and we will also come back for sure.

Astonishing accomodation. Went here in July for my summer vacation and had an enjoyable time. The rooms are spacious and clean with confortable beds. The cleaning in the room was done daily toghether with changing the towels. Brekfast was included with all you can eat and it was flavourful. They prepar eggs in different ways, many types of cheese, milk, cereals, fruits, some vegetables juices, coffees, croissants, swits, for sure one can find something to eat. The staff is polite. They offered us a beverage on the house upon arrival. There is someone at the reception 24/7. You can leave here your luggage for few hours at checkout. I don t have the photos anymore, but i can guarantee it is very nice

    Absolutely amazing hotel with very beautiful view and extremely delicious food. The hotel is located on a hill, so you can enjoy beautiful view during breakfast and dinner, from your room and swimming pool. The food is very tasty great variety of choices including sea food, various fruits and additional things (e.g. 5 home made jams, tachini, nutella for breakfast). Every day you will get absolutely amazing dinner with tasty main courses and great choices for meat lovers, sea food lovers vegetarians and vegans. Everything is very delicious and fresh. Staff at the restaurant is really nice and friendly. Room are really spacious and have a lot of storage space/desk/shelves etc. In the bathroom there are 2 sinks, which is great when there are 2 of you. It is very clean and nice here. There are sunbeds and umbrellas, generally enough for everyone. The hotel is not crowded and you get a lot of space. Everything in the room works perfectly including AC. It also has a hidden kitchenette if you want to cook your own meals. Our sea view room had also swimming pool view, which wasn't an issue but we expected to have only sea view. Absolutely great place to stay, very close to Falasarna and Balos Beach

    I liked everything about this hotel and in my mind it deserves more stars than just 2. The location is perfect for a lazy day at the beach or exploring one of the famous beaches nearby. The family who runs it is very welcoming and make sure that guests feel comfortable. I was given a room on third floor which was very bright and airy and had fantastic views of the sea. Breakfast is very good too.

    Maria was delivering a Customer Service experience and Nota went beyond expectations. I met Nico on the last day and he also was professional. Everyone was nice and caring. Also the owner, who is very keen to know people and share his knowldege. The room was beautiful and comfy. The balcony was incredible. Incredible view. 6 am morning view is amazing and night view while having dinner too!

    We were very happy at this location. Very kind staff, perfect and varied food, daily cleaning, shows organized every evening, that's all you need for your vacation. We rented a car from the hotel to visit the island and we recommend it. They also provided us with transportation to and from the airport. We hope to return next year accompanied by friends.     My stay at Avra Imperial exceeded all expectations. A fantastic variety of food across multiple restaurants, incredible pools and large spacious bedrooms.     The Old Town of Chania is a great place to wander around,...

    The Old Town of Chania is a great place to wander around, there are so many little streets lined with local restaurants, cafe's, craft shops, clothing and of course local food and drink. In the main, all the restaurants served quite similar food including Cretan Specials, but with their own individual twist to it. If you like Italian for a change, Veneto Ristorante Italiano is the one to go for, but you should book in advance if you want a specific time and no waiting around. This not just a Pizza restaurant, all their food is excellent and the waiters are a pleasure to deal with, so is the owner himself, quite a character. If you like historic locations, then this is a little gem, the Venetian Port/Harbour including lighthouse is a nice walk, also plenty of Bar / Restaurants to quench your this or hunger. In summary, this is a great place to relax in, take a boat trip or just have a wander, glad we chose Chania Old Town, it was a great week.

    Kissamos offered us a wonderful mix of relaxation and local charm. The nightlife was a pleasant surprise, with cozy bars and lively tavernas where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. Evening walks through the town square and the nearby streets filled with local shops and traditional products were some of the highlights of our stay. It's a great place for couples looking for a laid-back yet authentic Cretan experience.

    Palaiochora is a little piece of Paradise. Fantastic beaches , food and scenery. We hired a car and drove around the area, a little scary as the roads in the mountains are rather challenging. We hope to return to this very romantic location some day .

    Agia Marina is a great area for daytime beach clubs. I would recommend taking the bus at night to the port (Limani) for better food selection, more authentic bars and lounges, and overall social feel. Agia Marina is a good daytime spot and good place to stay in a hotel.

    All beaches were clean and tidy. Enjoyed by the locals, often staying past sundown. Lots of tavernas to enjoy. Short walk to 2 supermarkets if needed, well stocked. Bought cheap loungers from supermarket, which saved a huge amount on sunbeds, as we were there for three weeks!

    Compact but lively resort, good selection of bars, restaurants and shops, would suit families with young and older children. Several small supermarkets in town centre ideal for stocking up the apartment, no need to get in the car. Within easy reach of the airport and attractions further afield.

    The relaxed atmosphere and the lovely apartment at Falassarna beach studio apartments. Excellent breakfast served in the courtyard overlooking the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean with stunning views from the balcony. Plenty of tavernas nearby serving great food. A lovely beach within walking distance and Big beach a few mins drive away. We recommend having a car. Also walk up to Ancient Falassarna historical site. It is a 20 min walk and well worth it

    It's a lovely resort.

    It's a lovely resort. Visited many times but never stayed before. Plenty of shops and bars but not enough tavernas! A lot of hotels have been built over the past few years ensuring more tourists but it was difficult finding a table in a taverna on an evening and we visited in September so I would say it's impossible in the height of the season. If you like the beach then Kalivaki Beach is a must for you. All sand and no pebbles ! The surrounding area is very scenic & can recommend going on one of the train rides through the local villages. An excellent day out!

    Massive thing i wish i knew before is the bus system is the cheapest form of travel to and from the Chania airport and is fairly quick and regular, prices starting from 2.50 euros .Stalos was a perfect destination for all age groups , clean , all the bars and restaurants are family/locally owned and all the people are freindly and polite . The beach is clean and easily accessible .

    In this village truly feel like stepping back in time. People were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more delightful. It’s a place where time seems to slow down, allowing you to appreciate the simple pleasures and sea is fantastic. I highly recommend a visit if you ever get the chance!
