Great service from Javier and Enrique. Also all other employees were working with a smile and happy to help you with any kind of questions. We also received a nice tour through the beautiful garden. Easy to reach via whatsapp for any questions like boat pick-ups and happy to give tips for traveling. 5 star service! Rooms are clean and comfortable with great beds and it is a beautiful place.

Great shower! Hot water and good water pressure. We arrived at 1 in the morning and check in was no problem. We even got cold bottled water. Beds were very comfy. Didn't use the pool but looked nice.

Beautiful and cosy wooden houses on the river with good restaurant and helpful owners. Their lancia transport to the hotel is very efficient - they pick you up on hour in public lancia port by the bridge. They have kayaks for rent and its close to row to the fort. Very nice place to enjoy the river!

We liked our stay in Nanajuana very much! The hotel is beautiful, so rich in wildlife and birds sounds! Excellent rooms, pool and dining room with very good food. The stuff is very nice and helpful! Very much recommended!!!
