Everything was wonderfully. Staff was great and friendly. I forgot something in the room and they reach me to tell me and even did more than that. They took my earrings to another hotel where I had friends. Thank you very much ! Wonderful experience

The location is perfect. You can see the whole bay.Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices and you can enjoy it on a nice terrace. The beach is just in front of the hotel with crystal clear water and you can enjoy beautiful walks along the cost with number of bars and restaurants just a few steps away. I would recommend Mlini and Srebreno area as a perfect alternative to staying in Dubrovnik city itself. The beach is just in front of the hotel with crystal clear water and you can enjoy beautiful walks along the cost with number of bars and restaurants just a few steps away.I would recommend Mlini and Srebreno area as a perfect alternative to staying in Dubrovnik city as there are plenty of options for transport including a regular boat service just in front of the hotel, car or taxi is also a cheap alternative. Area is perfect to enjoy peace and nature.

Breakfast was included and in addition to the buffet there were lots of breads, pastries and fruit. Also great coffee! My room was very spacious and included a balcony with a lovely view of the mountains. After a day of touring we would sit off at the bar near the ocean - sometimes just for drinks and occasionally we would have a light meal. We ate dinner in the dining room once and the meal was very good!

Hotel Dubrovnik Palace is excellent! + All rooms seem to have ocean view and balcony with 2 relax chairs. Our room had a perfect western view to the afternoon sun and sunset + Quiet comfortable rooms + The cleaning staff is doing a great job, as soon as we were out of the room they fixed the bedding and towels, really outstanding service + The staff is really good in English + Lot of sunchairs by the pool and beach. Very good initiative from the staff to remove used towels and free up the chairs so they are not blocked the whole day + The "restaurant" above the beach area serves very good food for lunch

A real 5 stars Hotel in a great location. The hotel contains everything you will need for your vacation: big comfortable rooms with sea view, breakfast buffet with endless options, private beach, crystal clear water and service of towels, beds and Sunshades. The staff is very kind and helpful, especially Marko from the beach and cleaning lady on 3rd floor. The Bus station to dubrovnik old city is located directly in front of the hotel. Highly recommended!

They were so friendly - I’m vegan and pregnant and they really went out of their way to suggest meals or make mocktails. The showerdrain was clogged the first day and immediately they fixed it (literally while we were eating breakfast). It was a nice big room, the beach was wonderful and the bus stopped right in front of the hotel to bring us to the old city

The staff was really helpful and nice. The pools (interior and exterior) were a huge bonus for our stay. The breakfast was really complete as well. The hotel arranjed a transfer for us to go to the airport. The main advantage of the Adria hotel is the stunning view of the Marina of Dubrovnik, and the small islands in front of the city.

I have been here two times before in the 1960’s! It was a different world. We came because my husband wanted to see it, and it is an amazing city. However, overtourism has bad effects. There are other less crowded walled cities and wonderful islands in Croatia.

1) It's a small village, so I expected food to be more affordable. Instead, I found a bunch of expensive restaurants. It was the end of the season meaning not many tourists. Still, no discounts, ridiculous prices. I mean 25 eur for a modest pizza, what's that really??? 2) Public parking is virtually non-existant. If you travel by car, make sure your host arrange you a parking spot.

We used Mlini for a night before flying out of Dubrovnik Airport. We started our Croatia holiday in Split, then did a Bike and Boat through the islands, ending up in Dubrovnik. Seeing how far Dubrovnik is from the airport, I sought closer accommodations, and it was a quick 10 minutes in the early morning when our driver picked us up at 5:40 a.m. After being there, for one day, I wish I could have spent several days there just relaxing!

The Arboretum Trsteno was an interesting place, a respite from the heat. It was cool in the trees. Game of Thrones episodes are filmed at the fountain! But there is no cafe, only a vending machine. Walking down to the sea for a swim was worth it, but you need sturdy footwear, water and snacks.

Zaton is 15min from crowded Dubrovnick, just a right amount of driving on a very nice coastal road to reach the city center. The bay is so peacefull with only a couple of nice seafood and italian restaurants all "pied dans l'eau" Just sip some wine, in the water or on the decks and enjoy the sunrise, the sunset and the moonrise, between water boats and a mountain.

The old town is beautiful.

The old town is beautiful. We went in October so it wasn't too busy. There was lots to do in the town and in the vicinity. Lots of options with buses and boats. Definitely worth getting a Dubrovnik pass. Plenty of choice for eating out, local bakeries and shops. Local people were helpful. The Croatian coastline is just gorgeous. We didn't particularly like the Babin Kuk and Lapad areas as they were more hotel dominated and whilst the coast is beautiful the beaches there are gravel. We stayed in Ploce which meant we could walk to the old town easily and feel as though we weren't always on top of people. We took boat trips to Lokrum island and the Elaphite islands, both worth doing. We also took a bus trip to Cavtat which is glorious.

Very nice town with great restaurants and bars overlooking the harbour. Only 7 mins taxi ride from Dubrovnik airport. Boat rides into Dubrovnik take around 50 mins, local bus takes about the same time. Nice places within easy walking distance for a swim in the sea. Would highly recommend Cavtat for a relaxing break.

There was a lot to do in the area, whether a person wanted to shop at a shopping mall, or smaller souvenir shops. The downtown Dubrovnik area was a short ride away, which offered great views and history of Old Town where a person could spend several days at all the shops, restaurants, nightclubs, and even take a cooking class - which we did. There were plenty of gellato shops on every street. I highly recommend the Local Cooking Class where we learned how to make bread, cook mussels, make macaroni, then candied almonds for a sweet treat. Then we enjoyed our meal together - it was wonderful.
