- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.3Very Good - What previous guests thought, 2,571 reviewsThe room was clean, comfortable and spacious with nearby car parking. It was a short walk to pools, beach and restaurant. Breakfast comprised a superb buffet. With our own car the town was easily accessed as were surrounding restaurants. After a hectic previous few days it was pleasant to rest here and appreciate the wonderful views of Rovinj in comfort.Guest review byEddyAustralia

I would love to return to this old town to explore more. We arrived too late and left too early to get to our next stop. We only got to walk abit around town. It would have been so nice to explore the church etc.Guest review bycweeSingapore - 10.0

The old town is interesting with the Arena, Castle and the colourful cranes. There are interesting tunnels under the castle on two levels which date from the 1st and 2nd World Wars. There are trains and buses to Roving, Pazin, Labin and the Brijuni National Park. Some good restaurants such as The Jupiter which does Pizza as well as seafood, pasta and grills.Guest review byJohnUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The town of Umag has a charming coastal feel particularly at the historic centre. There are plenty of food options, lovely sunsets and a motorised 'train' to transport people from their resorts and hotels to the town for only 4€. Prices overall are very reasonable compared to other European destinations.Guest review byVincentUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A beautiful coastal town with plenty of shops and an excellent local distillery. I especially have to highlight the San Trevolo beer from Buje, where it’s brewed – definitely something they can be proud of!Guest review byRendo24Slovakia - 8.0

Vrsar was charming and small, much more welcoming than over-crowded Rovinj. We got a nice welcome and great tips from our host and felt a much more local-friendly vibe. Services were good quality and there were fewer tourist traps than in Rovinj. Overall a very cosy, relaxing experience, I wish we could have stayed longer.Guest review byVeraHungary - 6.0

Very busy town very clearly oriented to beach tourists, little to no historical or scenic attractions. Traffic is a nightmare in the mornings and evenings. A few traffic lights at pedestrian crossings would probably improve flow overall.Guest review byAlexanderSweden - 8.0

Fazana is a pretty little place with plenty of places to eat and a few shops but very little to do at night. We went at the end of September so I can imagine it being a lot busier in the summer months. The local buses were great but maybe having a car allows you to see more of the area.Guest review byPhillips - 6.0

Rabac has is a pretty but v small beach front village. If you don't expect much its fine but there is not a lot to do round there and buses are few and far between and taxis expensive in relation to distance.Guest review byJHESLIN1United Kingdom - 10.0
Great little town to walk around in. Great local wineries.
Great little town to walk around in. Great local wineries. Amazing local fruit stand as you make your way up the hill. He had the best selection of the most wonderful fruit and veggies. The ice cream was fantastic. Sampling of truffles and local alcohol without being pressured was amazing. Just fantastic hospitality overall shown by the locals.Guest review byJadCanada
