The hotel location was just nice, within the airport (where we have to leave the customs and clear the immigration), and the hotel is just beside the airport terminal. Easy to find, staff the great, hotel was very comfortable. Easy for a transit night and a good night rest.

Great hotel close to the airport. The pick up and drop off worked really well and was on time The hotel, even though dated was nice. The beds and pillows really comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant and the food was good. Breakfast was massive with so much choice! Would certainly stay there again

So close to the airport, Stuff is so friendly, great massages, great food, gym, music around the hotel, the service in restaurant and coffee bar, swimming pool and rooms, breakfast better than is some European hotels, I loved that sauna was really hot, all recommendations! Our 2nd stay at this hotel :) Great breakfast :) Spacious rooms (we had a suite with king-size bed and sofa on the 16th floor) with excellent bathroom (shower as well as bath). Towels, bathrobes, slippers provided; Perfect location - next to the shopping mall ;) Very friendly and helpful staff :)

location near airport and very convenient for night stopover. they have free 24 hours shuttle bus. we arrived at the midnight and driver picked us up very fast. in the room was a bit noisy from outside traffic , but it depends on room location. don't expect bright white pillow but it was clean. we had early wake up and missed breakfast but they had tea and cakes:) price good

we didn't take the breakfast in the hotel. cos there are plenty malls and shopping centers around hotel. staff very kind and friendly, easy to communicate with.. we will for sure recommend other friends and family members to stay at POP Hotel if they need an accommodation in Jakarta / BSD area.

Everything was perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was a feast of both Indonesian and Western choices. Room service food was on point. Beach was pleasant. The staff were all accommodating and helpful. We will be back to try the Villas next time.

Excellent entry port to Indonesia, expedited, clean, spacious (no crowds), with good services. Importantly, there are hotels inside airport, one in Terminal 3 (international) and one in Terminal 2 (domestic) for short time to check-in counters. Staff are very helpful giving directions.

The staff at the hotel are very friendly and extremely helpful. When I called to say that I forgot to bring my contact lens at around 9 pm local time there, the staff managed to order one bottle for me online, have it delivered to the hotel and brought it up to my room personally. Kudos to him!!

Really cool mall shopping, amazzing night market street food( carful to any Foreigners youll be visiting the toilet often), dont go to the morning market unless you have high boots and a strong stomach. Grab app is great for getting around and ordering food. Most big shops take visa, but definitely bring a wad of 200k rpha with you they do have atms aroundthat you can withdraw money from. I recommend just about any of the spa services its cheep and really good. Over all this is a business district so not great for tourist. But has some cool things to do and see. I was there for about 2 weeks and only spent about about 2kusd including lodging, transportation,going out to eat every meal and buying way to much dumb stuff and about 6 spa sessions. So your money will get you pretty far if you from the uk or usa.

We were unable to arrange a ride to the hotel through the...

We were unable to arrange a ride to the hotel through the hotel. They wanted to know where we were at the airport and there were no identifying door numbers, or curb markers to tell them. Then they wanted us to take a picture of where we were and send it to them.... There was no picture we could take that would identify exactly where we were. A huge airport, we'd never been there before, had been traveling for 24 hours and we were exhausted and overwhelmed. We finally just took a cab. The room was quiet - after the people in the hallway stopped talking loudly at 2:30 AM. The room was comfortable enough for our 18 hours there. Beds comfortable, room temperature was great.

Atria Residence is close to the mall and has a unique and...

Atria Residence is close to the mall and has a unique and quiet location. The rooms are clean and the bathroom is spacious. All tools are available in the room. They have a helpful and kind staff, especially Mrs. Lita, who in turn helped me facilitate the entry procedures, and also helped me transfer the bags to the room herself, and this service I did not see in any other hotels since my many experiences in other countries, and she also explained additionally about the city of Tangerang and the tourist sites And the services available nearby.. I thank the management of Atria Hotels for hiring employees like Mrs. Lita to harness the services for the residents

Large room, comfy bed. Tea making facilities. Excellent shower once water had heated up. Clean and quiet. Couldn’t ask for anymore when checking in at midnight. Plus staff were very friendly and most helpful with luggage. In fact exceptional.
