Every one of the staff, from the security guard to Ehran at breakfast, greeted me nicely. When I arrived at the hotel two hours earlier than check-in, I assumed I would leave my bag and come back later. To my delight, I was able to check in early, my room was ready, and I had been upgraded to the Shizen rooms with a balcony and view of the ocean! Osnat handled check-in and she was a sweetheart. Although getting to the room was a little dark and outdated, the room itself was wonderful. The bathroom was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. I spent hours sitting on the balcony looking at the view. I also had the pleasure of going to the Shizen spa. It was my first time at a spa and it was a great experience. Veronica was nice and explained everything to me. I used the fitness room, which was clean and well-equipped. The pool is perfect for laps, and the jacuzzi was fun too. I got a classic massage by Natalia, who did a phenomenal job, and left the spa feeling great. Because I was staying in the Shizen wing, I was able to go back and forth from my room to the spa quickly. On my last day, the weather was sunny, and I spent the morning reading my book by the gorgeous pool and view of the beach. TelAviv is an amazing vibrant city, full of fun, energy and vitality with plenty of delicious foods on offer wonderful, gorgeous sandy beaches and a wonderful year round climate - you can’t ask for much more! The only downside is the transport - I would recommend hiring your own car. Bat Yam is a lovely vacation destination.
Bat Yam is a lovely vacation destination. Located very close to Tel Aviv and easily accessible to the city that never sleeps, we have found that Bat Yam serves our family even better. The beaches are pristine, and there are many lovely parks for the grandchildren. There are also many (kosher) eateries, including children's staples such as pizza, pasta, burgers, and grilled meats, as well as the ever-popular ice cream chains. For those in need, there are numerous synagogues, even a couple of CHABAD ones for those who want to sleep in on vacation! The promenade is lovely for evening walks, and there is very little nighttime noise, so that the kiddies can get a decent night's sleep. All in all, we love Bat Yam.Guest review bySteveCanada - 10.0

Was reasonably quiet, though in a city. Public transport was easily accessible near the apartment. There was a large park near where we stayed. Shopping was very convenient. I will not recommend that place to no one. Room service guy doesn’t peak one word English. If You need something, the attendant doesn’t speak English.
