Lovely welcoming staff and guide amazing 'tent' we stayed in all possible facilities so deep in the jungle. The food was great and created by a superb chef. The manager was extremely helpful and adapted to our needs very quickly.With all inclusive we are used to a menu of choices we were somewhat perplexed when the choice was curry or curry however the chef when asked prepared anything we asked for if he had the ingredients the result was magic.

Our stay has been unbeatable, it has exceeded all our expectations. The owner, Akhilesh, and his wonderful wife, Lia, have been attentive at all times and have made us feel at home. The tippys have all kinds of amenities, the rooms, as well as the entire hotel, are very clean. Lia's homemade food, all organic from her own garden, has been the best we have eaten in India. In addition, they were in charge of organizing all kinds of activities for us; from bike tours, long walks through the surrounding villages, to safaris where we saw tigers and all kinds of wild animals in the jungle. Breakfast was nice,,, but the spread could have been more especially with the continental cusine. Service people were courteous but there was a delay in service. Neat and clean and well decorated interiors.

My stay in Aranyak has been exceptional. The resort assigned me a fixer who was taking care of everything, the timings, the safaris, the transfers, etc. Azhar goes beyond that role and makes true relationships, he made my stay very easy and comfortable. All the staff in the resort is very friendly and helpful. The pool is always clean and makes a difference once you are back from the safaris. Some of the safaris at Kanha National Park get full booked, so plan in advance with the resort how many safaris you want a do, etc. Enjoy the park and its wildlife is magical place!

We, a couple of middle age from Sweden, stayed at Surwahi Social Ecoestate Kanha for 5 nigths in january 2025. If you want a 5 star spotless experience, this Ecoestate is not for you. But if you want a genuine and personal India experience, this is THE place to visit. We had the very best stay, with visits to local villages and was able to come closer to India than ever before. This is our 4th visit to India, so we do have some previous experience. And this was by far the best experience ever! Mr Narendra Ji was very helpful in everything and made sure that we were satisfied. The communication with Lokesh was outstanding! And the staff do a fantastic job. The food! Delicious and plentiful everyday! The property is marvelous with lots of trees and very well maintained. They are doing a very good job to minimize the footprint of us tourists. I wish more places could do the same. We will definitely go back to SSEK the next time we visit Kanha.

Vinord was our personal naturalist for the 2 days. He was fantastic, he found Tigers for us and knew the bird and plant life extensively. Most meals were exceptional. We would definitely stay here if visiting Kanha again.
