The check-in process was quick and smooth, and I was delighted by the complimentary coffee. The room was absolutely stunning—spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated. I had everything I needed, from plush bedding to luxurious toiletries. The view from the window was breathtaking, and it really added to the overall experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. First I was unhappy with the noise of music at hotel premises, I wanted to fire everything, then I met Mr Rohit , he apologized and made me understand the actual situation. Just for my comfort, he slow down the music and it's bass. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of Hospitality By Mr Rohit, it seems he supposed to be with top brand, excellent gesture he has. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, always with a smile and ready to assist with any request. Even faced my anger with a smile. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, it offers everything you could ask for in a hotel stay. It is the perfect place in BenBenaras if you want to escape the hustle of the city and still visit places by staying in the city. The property is a heritage building and the newer parts of the hotel is built around that. The mornings are beautiful with so many green trees around. You can enjoy your morning tea and breakfast outside. Auto stand is just outside the hotel premises which is very convenient to make quick trips to the temple and the ghats. Food is ambrosial. Very congested place.
Very congested place. Transportation not availble upto the temple. U need to walk upto the temple. Temple is ok, nothing great compared to South Indian temples or even the Ram Mandir. The Ganga aarti from the boat was good. The area is bustling with touts, agents trying pull a fast one.
