Welcoming of the staff was to the next level. The interaction with the staff is critical for a customer, even more than the facility itself and can make a change to the entire experience. Andrea at our welcoming and Giovanna at the reception made the entire staying wonderful. They are the best. Kudos to them. The facilities itself very new and super cute and characteristic Location was also great

My flight arrived much later than expected, sp there was no shuttle bus and no taxis available. The hotel sent someone to collect me, or I would have been stranded, left to walk down unfamiliar dark streets after midnight. Much appreciated 👏👏👏 for a small fee. They also gave me a large room with fantastic views. Very kind, good service.

    Never imagined what a small island has to offer.

    Never imagined what a small island has to offer. I love everything about it, the locals are very friendly and try help out always. The food is amazing and prices are fair. Our catamaran trip was incredible, my favorite part of the trip. Isola dei Conigli is stunning.

    My favorite place was the library and some countryside.

    My favorite place was the library and some countryside. There are lots of places to have your meal. The best way to get around Lampedusa is to rent on a bike. But this is very odd that you can't rent it for one day, you just need to rent it at least for three days.
