It was as if we were visiting an aunt or grandmother's apartment. Just like staying overnight in a family's apartment. It was very nice. We found this town by accident, but we highly recommend it.Guest review byAdam GalewskiPoland - 8.0

The location is ideal to combine a trip to Cinque Terre with some time on the local beaches, visit Luni Roman site (recommend) Carrara quarries and a day trip to Luca and or Pisa. There are some local restaurants, supermarket. EV charger was 6km away... Sarazana train station was closerGuest review by2871RobNetherlands - 10.0

Very nice small town, super train connection to La Spezia, where you can start your trip to Cinque Terre and also Pisa you can reach easy with the train. Next to train station is a big mall, where you can buy everything you need, and on the streets you will find a lot of fine bakerys and coffees.Guest review byBalázsHungary - 6.0

Mponti Licciana itself was nothing special, there is a castel that sometimes is visitable. it's right in the Via Francigena, and there are lots of other little medieval villages. nearby. beautiful drives through the bush and mountains, and good walks all aroundGuest review byVeraItaly - 10.0

It is extremely underrated. For the amenities you receive. It is a very well kept hotel and the staff couldn’t be better. The attached restaurant is a gem by itself but together it is magic. Thankful to have found this wonderful place and look forward to visiting again!Guest review byAriod61Italy - 10.0

The accommodation is in the centre of the village close to all ammenities. There are some lovely places to eat. Monti is an ideally located village from which to base yourself to explore the surrounding countryside which is spectacular and visiting the local castle and gaining insight into the past history of the region. The village whilst not on the coast is only short drive and worth the effort.Guest review byRichard - 8.0
I absolutely loved this apartment.
I absolutely loved this apartment. They have done a fantastic job of restoration. The car is right outside the apartment. There’s the lovely pool and only a few apartments on site so not crowded at all! All you could hear at night was an odd owl and the crickets?grasshoppers? Really peaceful. We had 2 great day trips out to Cinque Terre and Pisa both were about 1 1/4 hours away. Would definitely recommend and would definitely like to go back! Pontremoli itself has several small supermarkets down in the bottom. We chose to cook for ourselves so didn’t try food locally.Guest review byDonnaUnited Kingdom - 8.0

We really enjoyed our stay at this authentic castle with incredible views and overlooking/with access to the village below! The accommodations themselves were good in that you were in the castle with appropriate decor and an authentic, rustic, ancient feel. It was a really warm night, and that was the least enjoyable part of our stay. Maybe the best part was the incredible view from the ramparts of the castle and the access to explore this beautiful, historic property! It is a special place. The staff was the other standout as they were incredibly friendly and helpful and seemed to really care about the property and our experience there. We would definitely return and explore the area next time as I imagine that there are more interesting and beautiful places all around.Guest review byJosephUnited States
