Amazing view from the hotel. Great localization in the city of Cortona. Spa is awesome. Breakfast was very good, and the bar was top (shoutout to Claudio😊). The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Good spot to visit Siena, Perugia and Lago Trasimeno.

Excellent hotel in Tuscany. We had an amazing time at Villa Schiatti and we enjoyed every minute. This was our second time visiting the Villa and for sure we will return soon. Villa Marsili is a small, cozy boutique hotel where we felt cared for and truly welcome. We had a beautiful, antique-style room equipped with all modern comforts. The breakfasts were exceptional gourmet experiences – everything served was fresh and delicious, and we especially enjoyed the chef’s handmade savory delicacies made from local ingredients. Each evening from 7 to 8 PM, signature cocktails and snacks were offered – greetings to the lovely young man who mixed our drinks! We were able to park our car for free on the street next to the hotel, and a hotel staff member arranged the spot for us. Normally, parking can be difficult during the tourist season, but I believe we would have found a spot a bit further away if necessary, as there are several parking lots around the town and there were spaces available in the evenings. We will miss this hotel and the time we spent in Cortona. We’ve been to Cortona twice before, but this experience and hotel choice surpassed all previous visits. We’ll definitely come back to the same place in the future. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

    The thermal spa facilities at the Hotel were exceptionally good. They were varied, open all day, very clean and well serviced by staff, both for towels, accessories and safety. All of the staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and provided us with the exact information we required to get the maximum benefit from the spa waters. The hotel staff were similarly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel drivers who undertook our transfers to and from Florence Airport to the hotel were particularly good: friendly, informative, polite and very safe drivers.

    The whole stay was incredible. We travelled for our honeymoon and stayed for three nights, and only wish we could've stayed for more! The food was amazing and easy to travel to local towns. Lovely pool with amazing views, and the room we stayed in (Oliva) was exceptional. The whole team were so approachable and helpful the whole time. Can't wait to go back!!

    The Grand hotel in Chianciano Terme' this is the hotel' we booked by international standards this should be a 1 star hotel with a warning do not book this hotel. The hotel is very outdated filled with a foul smell. The rooms & bathrooms lacks basic renovations and mould is every where in the bathroom. The breakfast is very poor offering basic and cheap shop bought cereals mostly reheated frozen pastries, the coffee machine broke down. The hotel charged us for rooms with no restraint, the hotel should have closed down a long time ago, it is no longer fit for purpose. I advise people not to go to the hotel do not waste your money & precious memories, we came back with insect bites all over our bodies. The photos of the hotel does not reflect the reality.

    Amazing medieval city with beautiful architecture and a great atmosphere. We were there on the main holiday weekend of the year and it was very crowded. There was a food festival in the park, a photographic exhibition in various sites around the city and a band playing in the Teatro Piazza in the evening. The many churches are beautiful and there are restaurants to suit everybody - from gourmet to burgers. Never a dull moment for two days. Unfortunately it is not suitable for people with mobility problems because of the steep hills and cobbled streets.

    Town of Chiusi consist of two parts. Stick to the historical side on the hill for best town experience, good restaurants and Tuscan feeling. Use the newer part of the town only for your grocery, petrol and laundry needs.

    Sarteano is a small, picturesque hilltop town.

    Sarteano is a small, picturesque hilltop town. It has a range of shops, bars and restaurants, a castle and a lot of typical winding streets. A good base from which to explore the local sights. While we were there we visited Siena, Monteriggione, Pienza and Montecchiello, Montepulciano and, one of the highlights, Bagni di San Filippo, where you can bathe in warm sulphurous waters.

    A beautiful Tuscany village, like out of a postcard. Narrow winding streets, a really neat town square- the Piazza Garibaldi- had breakfast there every morning at the Bar Langola. Neat restaurants and shops. Great location, only @40 km from Florence, 200 km to Rome. Easy access to anywhere in Tuscany and the Chiani Valley. I could retire here. FYI, no public transportation, best to rent a car. The streets are beautiful but challenging, drive carefully.

    The swimming pool was lovely.

    The swimming pool was lovely. The room whilst perfectly adequate was not as shown in the photograph whilst booking. The shower in the bathroom was a clumsy hand held one that you had to use whilst standing in the bath. The restaurant food was not very good when compared with other local restaurants and the service was somewhat chaotic. Better to go five minutes down the road to the local trattoria.

    Just my wife and I, trying to get some feel for Tuscany. We were on a ridge, overlooking a valley of wine fields and olive tree orchards, and looking up at Montepulciano. View couldn't have been more perfect. Ate dinner in town 2 nights at restaurant recommended by host - really practical and delicious.

The Terme Theia was ok, but the management inflexible when I tried to inform them of a booking error within 24hours of making it they did not reply to my emails, and when I spoke to the they said that once I paid there was no refund or changes. I prefer the Terme sensoriale, but unfortunately they are only open on weekends
