A super place to stay when visiting Sarntal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The owners/managers were there the whole time and were very helpful and obliging. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was really good. We especially liked the selection of fresh breads and the scrambled eggs were brilliant.

Beautiful views from the room! Very peaceful and relaxing! This place has a lot of animals which was great for our baby boy! Lots of hikes around the area. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was delicious! The rooms are very clean, comfortable bed and super cozy! I love this place and will definitely come back in the summer time!

    There are some places that exceed the hype and this is one of them! A truly amazing experience in a tranquil pine forest retreat with outstanding heated pool and enhanced by the amazing food and hospitality. Things that surprise me in a very positive way: - the food was outstanding! Besides the gourmet style daily dinner the lunch was surprisingly also amazing. In some occasions I even enjoyed more the lunch to the dinner as the food was more authentic in a more laid down vibe. The grill lunch was one of those days! Just perfection! Klaus knows what he is doing (just a pity he cannot speak English! Maybe another member of the staff should join him). - Wine and cocktails. I must say all the complementary coktails were very impressive both in authenticity and in flavour! The wine list is also high standards. - the pool. Not only it is beautiful and pristine clean but the water is at perfect warm temperature and the size big enough for real proper swimming! Impressive! - tranquility of the grounds mainly in the sauna areas. - top notch quality of the complimentary electric bikes. - staff polite and pro active. I would like to highlight the professionalism of Lorenza, Alexandre and Christian.

    We were greeted so warmly when we arrived on the 2nd February in the afternoon by a lovely woman at reception. The warm welcome, support and service of the staff continued throughout our stay. All of the staff were warm, friendly, professional and efficient. The common areas of the hotel was beautifully and subtly decorated with wonderful furniture and ambient lighting. We liked the peacefulness and the quiet throughout the hotel. There was no loud music and no loud guests. The room was very clean and the bathroom was pristine. The spa was great and again everything was quiet and peaceful. Good water temperature , wonderful rest area. Food was truly delicious with great variety. A special thank you to all the brilliant staff ...especially to Julian ( in photo with permission ) who had fantastic knowledge of wine and was so charming and really fantastic in every way; to Tony for making me a bespoke golden coloured cocktail which was perfect, and to Katerina, Melanie, Tobias and all the colleagues who were all excellent. This is a gorgeous family run hotel which is managed with great care. We hope to come back soon.

    Amazing at every detail. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever been. The place is just amazing and the place so warm, makes you feel cozy. The views just breathtaking!!They were really attentive with our baby and even had a chair for her ready at breakfast. I hope we have the chance to return. The breakfast delicious and very varied.
