- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.1Very Good - What previous guests thought, 504 reviews- the location : near Matterhorn(Cervinia-italian)-4478m , lake Goillet ( a trail around it's really worth it: beautiful views with mountains all around); cable car that has here a intermediate point to the maximum peak point of Europe - Klein Matterhorn(3883m); from Breuil-Cervinia(2000m) to Plan Maison(2550m), after to next intermediate station Laghi(2884m), next station Plateau Rosa(3500m) , here you cross the border to Switzerland and take the cable to Klein Matterhorn(3883m). - the station Plan Maison it's inside the hotel and the cable car ride from Breuil-Cervinia was free (for guests); - the personal was very friendly and helpful, on the 3 points that I intersect them: reception-restaurant-welness; many thanks for your kind hosting, really nice persons; - renovate room/bathroom(I liked that looks very good; nice view from the bed to Klein Matterhorn; - spa was exceeding our expectations: sauna/ jacuzzi but what I really like was the cold shower from the bucket above the shower-perfect; this was also included in the price, only need in the morning to put your room on a list; period was 30min; - because of the comments that I read were so-so, after having myself all the experiences described above, this hotel exceed my expectations, so definitely I recommend it(it's not high class, but the power of location boost over the fancy style that some persons want).Guest review byNickkosRomania
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.5Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 270 reviewsThis is a hotel that goes above and beyond in every aspect, yet does it in an unassuming and quiet way. If you care to look it's obvious how much thought has been put in to each detail. It is well-deserving of the Michelin recognition it has achieved. The location is to die for; the hotel manages to feel quaint while at the same time being quite luxurious. We particularly appreciated that the spa was included in the room price (aside from services such as massages). We did day hikes in the area during our stay, but it would have been easy to hang out at the spa all day long. The salt room was our favorite. The breakfast buffet wasn't the largest we have seen, but each item was delicious and there was nothing lacking.Guest review byBeataUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 9.3Wonderful - What previous guests thought, 693 reviewsWe had an amazing stay at Hotel Du Grand Paradis. I was travelling with my son for a hiking trip and the hotel was located right in the center of Conge just minutes away from a valley that offered trails to enter the national park. Our room was a garden level suite with a private patio and entrance onto the street that allowed us quick access to the shops and restaraunts in town. The room was well appointed and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast each morning and the spa facilities after a long day of hiking. The staff was great. I would highly recommend this hotel.Guest review byJamesonUnited States
- Scored out of 10, guest rating 8.6Excellent - What previous guests thought, 393 reviewsThe apartment is very nice and comfortable, clean and modern. It is a skiing apartment, not exaclty for couples. The village and the nature are butiful, Alpine style, not less than expected. A bar is few steps away, Cervinia is 5 minutes by car, parking is in front of the house. Unfortunatelly, we didn't meet the host, but they gave us proper instructions and directions, so we didn't have any difficulties finding it and getting accomodated. Generally, all recomendations.Guest review byBranislavSerbia

Loved how interesting Aosta was - Roman Ruins and a lot of history plus great bar & restaurant choices & friendly locals. Very busy each evening when everyone takes an aperitivo & a stroll & easy to get to by coach from Turin. Easy access to other towns & ski resorts in the Aosta Valley too. Also very reasonably priced compared to England.Guest review byClaireUnited Kingdom - 10.0

A very lovely town that has amenities of a larger town while didn't lose the charm of a small town. It has lots of shops along the pedestrian streets with decent cafe and restaurants. They also have limited free shuttle service to nearby areas, where we chose to stay for the night for easy access to the Monte Bianco Skyway (cable car) back to Chamonix.Guest review byRapeepunUnited States - 10.0

Nice little village, far from the crowds in Courmajeur and other villages in Val Daosta. It has a groceries store, a bakery and some restaurants/cafe. Definitely less touristy and more authentic. Ideal place to visit the thermal baths, which are fantastic and well worth each euro of the entrance ticket!Guest review byadripagBrazil - 10.0
Small, nice town with numerous restaurants.
Small, nice town with numerous restaurants. Several small markets, one big supermarket open 7 days a week (and not closing for lunch break). The town has an easy autostrada access and is close to Aosta, the largest city in the region. Overall, Saint Vincent gives “small town feel” with having all amenities easily accessible. Good starting point for a day or half day trips to Mont Blanc, Matterhorn (Cervino in Italian) and St. Bernard Pass.Guest review byMiro123456United States - 10.0

Really liked the mountain area and towns around the Gran Paradiso park. Good base to visit the park, run over to the Hellbronner and Aguille du Midi lifts, visit Aosta. Could have easily spent a whole week in the area doing more hiking (the trail around Lillaz Falls was a great experience during our spring visit) and visiting the small towns in the area. We did see a chamois, but did not spot any ibex during our visit.Guest review byJohnUnited States - 8.0

Picturesque alpine hamlet with plenty of trails into the mountains for all abilities. It is clearly popular with people walking the Via Francigena as well as bikers and drivers. It works as a longer stopover only if you are into walking and exploring the area. A day stopover was enough for us as it is only a small place, albeit, pretty.Guest review byAntonioUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Such a beautiful town!
Such a beautiful town! I felt like I had a much better spot than the other little towns nearby just because of the ease of access to the Matterhorn hiking area. I just walked out my door and it was right there, no driving necessary. Also, it was extremely convenient to come down off the mountain and just grab some dinner.Guest review byJulieUnited States - 8.0
La Thuile is a beautiful, quiet and family-friendly village.
La Thuile is a beautiful, quiet and family-friendly village. I visited with my girlfriend, so I didn't go looking for too many Après-Skis. Everything is relatively close and there are some good restaurants. Some of the ski lifts could have been more up-to-date, but nothing negative.Guest review byFranciscoPortugal
