Most mornings I had continental breakfast which was very nice. The last morning of my stay I had Jamaican breakfast which was exceptional and I wished that I had ordered that throughout my stay. Reason being that I have been in Jamaica for nearly 3 months and have been very disappointed in what was happening to Jamaican food in the hotels and most of the restaurants but glad that Hotel 39 Jamaica chef restored my faith in Jamaican flavours. My room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely sea view.

The hotel pleasantly surprises inside, surpassing its exterior. Our spacious room featured a large TV and was sparkling clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be more convenient, with Doctors Cave Beach and Starbucks just across the road, and everything else within a short walk, including a new beach park. Note that there's no elevator to 3rd-floor rooms, but ground-level rooms are available. Room amenities include a fridge, hairdryer, microwave, and coffee maker, although coffee isn't provided. Great value!
