It was a great stay for both me and my wife. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that plans to visit Tokyo. The breakfasts were probably the best we had in Japan, exceeding some 5 stars hotels from international brands. One time we also took the lunch and it was delicious, although maybe a bit on the expensive side. The train station was just 2 minutes away, and we reached the major Tokyo attractions within <1 hour, and the beautiful harbor in Yokohama in just 30 minutes. Haneda airport was also easily accessible, with a direct train departing from a station within 10 minutes walk.

We stayed in a room with a view of the bay and the vista was stunning. We also visited the main wing, where we sat and admired the beautiful trees of Yamashita Park, an unforgettable experience. We savored a delicious Japanese-style breakfast, beautifully presented, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location couldn’t be better, with views of the bay and the Yamashita Park, and just minutes from Minatomirai, Motomachi, Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse, Yokohama Museum of Art, Chinatown, among other attractions. We spent three unforgettable days at this hotel and are truly grateful for the experience.

The hotel is set high on a hill overlooking Enoshima Island and Mt. Fuji. The view is, simply, stunning. The village is a quiet little seaside town, which suited us perfectly. The electric train runs along the coast, linking the little towns to Kamakura. The hotel has is a swimming pool (closed when we were there), a golf driving range next door, and a lot of sea activities, such a surfing and small boat/board sailing. It would be a great spot for a few days of R&R from whirlwind touring. The hotel offers a free bus service to and from the local station, but you can walk to anywhere in the village, where there is a (limited) range of restaurants - the food we tried was excellent. The hotel also serves meals. Our room was large and comfortable, with a good amount of clothes storage, a full-size closet, a desk/make-up space and good mirror, a coffee table and chairs, and a small balcony. The bathroom is also large, with a generous sized bathtub. Everything was sparkling clean. Reception and other staff were friendly and very welcoming; communication was easy as many spoke good English. If you decide to stay, book a landmark view room on the 4th floor. Well worth the extra price. But, be warned Fuji-san is not always in view, we had a lot of sea mist on our visit so you may only get half the view you’ve paid for.

Outstanding dinner and breakfast (included in the price), so many choices, sashimi, sushi, and fresh seafood were outstanding and I even didn't have enough room in my stomach to try other dishes or the desserts. The Onsen was nice with very good hair and facial products. Normally you could see Mt Fuji from the open air Onsen. But there was big fog when we arrived. The next day morning we saw Mt Fuji from the viewing point of the hotel.

Lovely city by the port and sea! It's a very walkable city with everything nicely spaced out. Not many tourists come here so you get a real taste of Japan's city life (this is the second biggest city after Tokyo, of course).

The surrounding area is so beautiful. We wish we had more time to explore. Nice shops to find the local specialties. The Open Air Museum was fantastic! We wish we had more time to visit the other museums. The different food treats are a must to try.

I really liked Kawasaki.

I really liked Kawasaki. I saw less tourists (I know we were tourists) and it was nice to be away from big crowds of tourists. We enjoyed going to the local eateries close by. Japan is a beautiful country and I felt Kawasaki had a lot of the quaint lively city alley ways. I loved that there was a lot of places open late. It felt safe for us overall.

Very nice city, plenty of historical sights, shopping, restaurants. Make sure it is not a national holiday though, the local train was absolutely packed! Many people make the trek to ride the nostalgic Enoden Electric Line, a fun trip along the coast but crushing crowds on a Sunday before a holiday.

I like Fujisawa very much.

I like Fujisawa very much. The people there are very friendly and helpful, the city is green and very clean, i enjoyed eating wonderful Japanese food everyday during my stay at Fujisawa. i also enjoyed the ocean views during my visit of Enoshima and learned more of the local culture and history during my visits of several great Temples near Hase and Kamakura.

Atsugi is a lovely smaller town & I was fortunate to be there during their festival weekend, fireworks included. The people are incredible friendly & helpful. If you hire a car & able to drive up into the mountains well worth it. It’s not as busy & not as many European travelers being off the beaten track.definitely a slower lifestyle great food experience.

The entire hotel is clean and offers good, delicious breakfast. Room was clean. Comfort room is kinda small but clean. Everything is excellent for me except the bed and pillows are not so soft.. because I was expecting a very soft pillows and bed but aside from that I enjoyed staying there. Staffs are so accommodating and very helpful too. I definitely recommend this hotel and surely I will come back here in my future vacation in Japan.

Yokosuka is an awesome place to visit.

Yokosuka is an awesome place to visit. There’s something for everyone whether you’re a nature lover or a city lover you’ll find something to do. During my visit. I went to kanonzaki park by bus and it was the highlight of my trip. It’s my second time visiting Yokosuka and can’t wait to go there again.

Hiratsuka offers a lot to travelers wanting to explore and be adventurous. Its proximity to places like Kamakura, Yokohama other places of interest makes it an excellent place to stay. The town is just the right size, friendly locals, shopping places and excellent places to eat. Walk around and get to know the place - you might find yourself wanting to visit again and again.
