It was a great location overseeing the valley. And the Maasai Mara park. I had an incredible dinner. The best goat of my life. The people were also super nice. We went for a Nature walk which was lovely. Even after having seen the Governors camp in the paek. It was so cool as we could WALK and not drive between the Zebras and Gnus.

The service quality, view in the tent, food quality, and game driver experience are all superb.

Our recent stay at the camp was absolutely magical! From the very start, Sandra was incredibly helpful and responsive when I messaged her. She made the booking process so smooth and ensured we had everything we need. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with an incredible dance by the team to celebrate our arrival We were there to celebrate my mom's birthday, and the team made it so special! On one of the nights, they surprised her with a beautiful cake and a mini party. Their attention to detail and genuine effort to make her day memorable meant the world to us. The people at the camp truly made our experience extraordinary. Joseph, the owner, was an incredible tour guide who shared his deep knowledge and passion for the area, making every adventure even more exciting. Patrick, Daniel, and the rest of the team went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home, and their kindness and warmth made our stay unforgettable. The food was out of this world! Every meal was a celebration of fresh, flavorful dishes that made dining one of the highlights of our stay. Each bite was prepared with so much care that it felt like a true feast every time. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Waking up to the sounds of nature was a dream come true. The thoughtful details, from the cozy beds to the special birthday decorations, made everything feel so personalized and luxurious. The camp itself was pristine and impeccably maintained, which gave us so much comfort and peace of mind. This camp didn’t just enhance our trip, it became the heart of our Maasai Mara adventure. The warmth, hospitality, and genuine care from the team made it an experience we’ll cherish forever. If you’re looking for a place that combines breathtaking surroundings, amazing people, and unforgettable moments, this is the perfect destination. What a dream stay at Talek Bush Camp, we simply couldn’t wish for anything better!!! This price quality/ratio is one of the best we’ve ever got. The food is made with love and it tastes simply amazing, they offer all meals, drinking water, and even packed lunch and breakfast for the game drives. The options for game drives are AMAZING, great rates and you get to sit alone in the car (this is rare!). The drivers are super experienced and bring you to the hidden spots before everyone else arrives. The staff is also super friendly and attentive, and they all make you feel at home. The swimming pool is also beautiful and relaxing after a long day.

from start to finish, Mara intrepids was a beautiful magical experience! this was in large part due to our amazing game drivers, Joab and Mark. They were perfect pair who complemented each other - Joab is the most experienced and knowledgeable driver we could have asked for, and Mark is currently training but you wouldn’t be able to tell - his knowledge, enthusiasm and passion is so clear for all to see. They made an amazing team who were lucky to form a family with for 5 days and see such incredible moments. everyone at reception - daisy and Cecilia- were amazing and so helpful. We can’t wait to go back and for anyone going we can’t recommend Intrepids enough - and request Joab and Mark!

Peal mara was excellent! super friendly staff, responsive, polite, helpful. The tent was luxurious, clean, comfortable, safe! There were people walking us back and forth in case wildlife appears in the way. Sunset and sunset views were also top. The people working there are always available to accommodate your every need. The whole place is built in respect to the surrounding nature. The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!

I can’t overstate how incredible this place is. The majestic view truly immerses you in the essence of African wildlife and safari—it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I’m surprised there aren’t more reviews for this gem. Perhaps previous guests forgot to leave one, but I felt compelled to share my thoughts, especially since my partner, a huge believer in ratings, had doubts about coming here. While reviews might not be as prevalent in Africa, let me assure you: this place is undoubtedly underrated. The beauty of the location is breathtaking, and the staff are exceptionally helpful and caring. We arrived late as this was a last-minute trip to Africa, connecting from a flight in Singapore. Unprepared and without dinner, we were amazed by the staff’s kindness—they cooked for us past 10 pm so we wouldn’t go to bed hungry. That level of service is rare and deeply appreciated. If you’re staying in one of the tents and feel uneasy walking to the main house, the staff are always ready to protect and escort you. Their attentiveness and concern for guests’ comfort are unmatched. Overall, we had an amazing time and would love to return with the rest of our family. The manager, the owner, and all the staff were superb. I have nothing negative to say—this place exceeded all expectations. Highly recommended!
