I chose this hotel after flying in from Mombasa at the end of our stay. The hotel sent a shuttle service from their area about 10 minutes away and the pick-up was swift. The driver was very funny and helpful with loading and unloading. The staff at the hotel were kind with checking in and the hotel was very well designed. It was a lovely hotel and perfect for the last few days of a trip. We just ubered when we wanted to go somewhere with no issues getting back to the main part of the city. The beds were comfy, the bathroom clean and service was exceptional. I would stay here again before flying out of Nairobi.

I was met at the airport at 10pm by a very polite young man with a placard with my name on it and escorted to the car park to be driven to the hotel - a fantastic welcome for my first visit to Kenya. This transfer was included in the price. Check in was painless and a guy carried my heavy bag up to my room. The restaurant was open 24 hours, but I didn't use it until breakfast time. This was just a night stop on my way to the Maasai Mara, but the room had good aircon and an adequate ensuite shower. The bed had a good mosquito net and there was cold water in the fridge - all I could ask for. Breakfast the next morning was excellent - eggs and bacon and lots of other things - and it was a complete bargain. I would stay here again - and probably will on my next visit to Kenya.

I had a nice, quiet, and restful stay at Hillpark Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were pleasant and welcoming, always ready with a smile and waiting to help in whatever way they could. I was also happy to find that the wifi was working great. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer, so I missed out on enjoying facilities like the swimming pool and the sauna, both of which looked great. I'll definitely be back to sample both.

The hotel is in a good safe quiet area. The security and staff are amazing. Their customer service was outstanding. Supervisors, Florence and Yvonne made sure our stay was very enjoyable and took very good care of us. They were very knowledgeable about the areas and suggested great things to see and tour. Again, the entire staff was outstanding. We highly recommend you check out this hotel for your next Nairobi Kenya booking!!!

I liked the smart apartment, fast wifi, clean and secure environment around which gves you peace of mind during your stay, close proximity to all amenities, i.e shopping mall, hospitals, restaurants, airport, Narobi game park, etc. The only advise is to travel before peak hour as the traffic will be slow.

Safety is the best of Karen.

Safety is the best of Karen. It's quiet, a lot of nature, sidewalks (so good for walking/running). Waterfront mall has everything you need, CJ's restaurant are high quality. Same with Naivas markets. It might be hard to get public transport, but Uber-Bolt are in 1000s. Giraffe center and Waterfront amusement are great places to visit. The Legend restaurant is more than amazing too.

I was overcharged extra money [Ref:AB22D31B0F23: Dear , MPESA Paybill transfer of KES 5592 to NCBA Paybill Account-488488 and account 3227370026 was successful.MPESA Ref:RLM0WDR2KG.Price was hiked immediately we arrived at the facility. The duvets had human discharge.Dirty stain . Am sorry I can't recommend anyone for this kind customer mismanagement entity. Booked one bed room house bt got a airbnb, this was just a surprise to me.

Nairobi is such a mixture of people and things to do. We visited Karen Blixin museum and the slums as well as the giraffe manor and elephant sanctuary. The National Park in the middle of the city is stunning. Traffic however is a nightmare and the roads often in a state of disrepair making moving around a challenge.

Syokimau is a great place to stay, especially for families who have kids, there's easy access to almost everything, supermarkets minimarkets, hospital and clinics, petrol station, everything needed for household can be gotten around. Just that the road (KAtani road) was very busy when I stayed because another road was being fixed so everyone had to use Katani road.

I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people.

I had a great time in Nairobi. Love the people. They are so welcoming and accommodating. Loved the food . My only challenge was the language and the traffic jam at certain hours and crossing the roads in some areas. The driving is "fast and furious". Its easy to get around Nairobi with an Uber and a couple of touristic sites to visit like the Nairobi National Park, which is good for nature lovers. The masai market for souvenirs and handicrafts.

The place is spotless and neat. It has fast WiFi and a nice desk to work. Also comes with smart tv with Netflix and the bathroom is excellent and modern. The place is surrounded with a beautiful well kept garden creating a serene environment. It is close to all amenities I.e Gateway mall, hospitals, night clubs, JKIA International airport and is even close to Nairobi national park. It also comes with a well kitted kitchenette with microwave & fridge. Home away from home. Fantastic room accessible via elevator with 24/7 security for your peace of mind.
