Our first trip to Jeonju Hanok Village with my parents, and we had a wonderful stay at Shilla Stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were very kind and professional. I especially appreciated Mr. Roger Song at the front desk who was exceptionally attentive and responsive to my questions and requests. The hotel has a clean, modern atmosphere, and the location is very convenient for exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location right next to the Hanok Village was amazing. I arrived earlier and could also drop off my luggage - very convenient! The staff was very friendly and nice. The view from my room was amazing - overview of the Hanok Village. Amazing by night as well.

Nicely located in the suburb of Buan village, wide open with rice field in front of the hotel which gives a great view and fresh air, frog singing at night in June - we opened the room window to enjoy the air and frog sound throughout the night. All the staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast was buffet style which had traditional Korean style - rice, bean soup, variety of side dishes, seaweed, egg on your style (you cook it by yourself), toast, variety of beverages including fresh juice, coffee, tea, milk.
