It was spacious and light. But most of all the view and garden! Also cute to have some cosy nightlights/reading lights. Bed was comfortable and the (rain)shower was really nice.

We were very happy with our stay at the Nong Khiaw Float House. It was a very special experience to sleep so close to nature. The staff was extremely friendly and organized everything we needed. They even sent a package to Vientiane for us with things of ours that we would have had to throw away due to the strict security checks of the LaoChinaRailway. It all worked out really well. Thank you very much for that and for the lovely stay.

Very cozy little houses with a beautiful view on the river and mountains. An excellent place to relax, swim in the river, rent a kayak and even go see the caves on the other side of the road. Everything seemed new and clean. There is a little safe in every room. The owner speaks english very well and is very helpful and friendly. You can rent a bike to get to the town, as it's around 2km walk.
