Really everything you need for 1 night near airport stay. Bed is firm, shower is hot and clean, owners is super welcoming, friendly and professional. My stay at this resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the warm welcome to the attentive service, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The staff truly made me feel like a VIP, always friendly, prompt, and ready to assist with any request. My room was immaculate, with a cozy, comfortable vibe and reliable air conditioning that kept things perfectly cool. The pool was a highlight—beautifully maintained and a perfect spot to unwind. Dining here was a treat, especially the seafood, which was incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor. I was so impressed that I couldn’t resist extending my stay! If you're looking for a place to relax and be completely pampered, I can’t recommend this resort enough.

The room was spotlessly clean. It had soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush kit, two kinds of slippers (soft ones and waterproof ones), international power socket adapters, tea and coffee, an electric kettle, cups, plates and cutlery. The hotel is conveniently locatied near the airport and a railway station. The owner took me from the airport in his car for free. The A/C is quiet and can be switched into dark mode.

Loved how spacious and clean the room and bathroom were. The garden and the pool were beautiful and well kept. The pool was clean and the staff were extremely kind and welcoming, they even offer great services. The room offers a beautiful view of the garden and has a private access to it. From the very beginning to the end we felt incredibly good. the food was delicious, the garden and pool were amazing, but the best part of the whole stay was the manager, the owner, and the entire staff. they treated us like princesses and we will remember this stay for a long time. this is how it should looks like, the best accommodation from the whole month-long trip to Sri Lanka!

I loved this hotel. I arrived early, before check-in time. No problems, I had something to eat and drink wjhile waiting for my room. I had been travelling all night and so hungry and tired. it wasn't long before my room was ready so appreciated the early check-in. The staff in the restaurant were exceptionally nice and friendly. I had amongst the best food here while staying in Sri Lanka - both ordering from the menu and then later in the evening from the buffet when my friends arrived. The vegetarian curries, dhals and breads are delicious. My room and bathroom were comfortable, clean and spacious.

Negombo is one of those places that has lovely beaches, the beach were the Sentido Heritance was located was very clean and beautiful but there were parts to Negombo were the beach did have rubbish. Negombo itself has plenty to offer from the fish markets boat tours, mangrove tours and the city. Other amazing places in Sri Lanka - Kandy, Tricomalee, Jaffna and Islands, Galle.

Katunayake is a convenient location for travelers, especially those flying in or out of Bandaranaike International Airport. It’s a busy area with easy access to transportation and essential services, making it ideal for short stays before or after a flight. I stayed at Hello Airport Hotel during my time in Katunayake, and it was a great choice. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, which made it perfect for my early morning departure. The location couldn’t be better for transit passengers. The check-in was smooth, the staff were polite, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you’re looking for a no-fuss, convenient stop near the airport, I’d definitely recommend Hello Airport Hotel.

The owner, Mr Nelson was extremely helpful from the time he picked me up from the airport until the last minute of my stay. Specially, in the midst of the Sri Lankan curfew. Thank you. I recommend this place for anyone in the future.

The host was very kind and helpful.

The host was very kind and helpful. He received us very happily. The next day at 6.00 in the morning he prepared for us nice delicious tea, before we left to the Airport. We will recommend this house to our friends and waiting to stay at such a nice calm and quiet place close to the Airport again.

Negombo is the perfect place to stay on your first or last...

Negombo is the perfect place to stay on your first or last day of your trip in Sri Lanka. It's really close to the airport, it has a nice beach, and there are a lot of good hotels. There's no tourist attraction around, but there's a few good restaurants also.

We stayed here overnight after travelling around Sri Lanka. We did not expect the warmth and kindness we received. The room was very cheap, yet large, clean and the proprietor even gave us lifts locally to the shops etc.

I like most of the thing is staff's response was excellent...

I like most of the thing is staff's response was excellent and very quiet and peaceful room. The hotel must be implemented to do below the mentioned points. 1: The hotel room needs to keep a dustbin. 2: The hotel must keep a bath towel inside the bathroom. 3; The Bathroom inside the slippers needs to be kept. Other than this everything is ok.

I hear from others Negombo was great area for the visitors also it is closer to CMB airport that was the reason I selected there. After I explore the area there are so many nice hotels are there to book and also heard down south area is becoming a good spot for the tourism than Negombo.

I arrived too early BUT, as a result, had a GREAT pedicure and head/neck massage, about an hour in all. Perfect preparation for a 10.5 hour flight to London. Recommended go early snd indulge yourself.
