This place was like a movie scene from Alice in the Wonderland, it had a lot of colourful details everywhere. It was nicely equipped with 2 double and 1 single bed, which were nice and comfortable. The place was a paradise for our children, it was like a kindergarten room inside the house, a lot of toys, a lot of things to do. There were also activities outside.

Staff very friendly, but limited English. Big room, bed, bathroom - all good. There is a shared kitchen, all facilities inside to make your food. Calm place, nice yard and house surroundings. In general, I loved my stay here. Perfect place if you want to run away from city noise and don't raise exceptionally high requirements for your stay.

Most certainly location, it was right in the centre which made it easy and convenient for us. Staff were very friendly. We left personal possessions behind after checkout and were contacted by the property advising us, which in my opinion shows the transparency. On the booking.com it stated that bedding and towels are at extra fee, I can confirm that it must be an error because these are included in the price.

Nice and cozy place in really good location. There is a good restaurant just down the hill, private parking behind the building, shops and historical location nearby. Very friendly owners who even gave us a fan without us asking to help with hot weather. Way bigger than it looks on the pictures. We were really happy there and will book it defenetly next time when visiting Kandava.

The main floor has a large common area with a sitting area, a fireplace a large dining table, and a kitchen. We were the only guests that evening, and they had the fireplace going for our arrival. We spent the evening by the fireplace. We had a large room with a double bed, a sitting area and ensuite bathroom with shower. We were very comfortable there. The surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. The hostess was very nice, friendly and helpful.

We were lucky to have a great weather and spent the time outside. But the house is in a perfect condition, very close and has everything you need. Feels like at home completely. You do not need to think about tea bags, shampoos or anything else. Everything is fully loaded.
