We had an amazing stay at Ari Boutique Hotel. The service is excellent and so friendly. Sahid at reception organized all our excursions, even considering the weather to ensure the best experience. Chef Rashid made our mornings special with his warm greetings and delicious breakfasts. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless. The hotel’s central location made exploring the city a breeze. I had a fantastic stay at Sungo Club! 🌟 The place is beautiful and welcoming, with an atmosphere that truly lets you relax and enjoy your holiday. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, especially at dinner where we could choose between three different restaurants. A big thanks to Lotfi at the bar – always friendly, professional, and with a great talent for creating a good vibe. His drinks are as excellent as his service🍹 I also want to highlight Khadija from housekeeping, who did an outstanding job. My room was always spotless, fresh, and inviting – small details that really make a difference. 🧹✨ All in all, I can warmly recommend Sungo Club to anyone looking for top service, a great atmosphere, and an unforgettable holiday experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Great place for holidays with kids. There are pools, football, voleyball, basketball tennis pitch, ping pong table, darts. Clean rooms and hotel area around the pools and restaurants. Friendly staff, always there to help you. Animators are full of energy, speak lots of languages with great programs for everyone. Food in restaurants is fresh and looks as good as it tastes, good for vegetarians too. The trips from the hotel were excellent, friendly agent that gives us all information and advices. We went on 3 excursions that I recommend (Waterfall, 3 Valleys, camels).

Everything! We loved everything about it! The staff were so friendly, helpful and entertaining always smiling at us as if knew each other well , environment and the rooms clean and was clean every single day without being reminded, food was great and we had more than enough food and drinks, so many options to choose from, receptionist amazing, we got value for our money ! The people and the place. The best place overall we stayed in Morocco. Aurélien & his mother were so great! We arrived and the chef was sick so we were treated to an absolutely lovely dinner cooked by Aurélien’s mum. The other people staying were also awesome which added to the whole experience. We felt hugely welcome and loved the place overall. Really absolutely nothing bad to say.

It is a special characterful place for scouring the souks, seeing the amazing colours af clothes and spices, however there are now too many motorcycles that dangerously weave around the tourists. This is very different to the coastal town of Essoauria, which is very pleasant to walk, especially the wonderful promenade and beach.

I loved everything about the villa and not far from the centre Stayed in the Medina previously on a few occasions but much preferred the peace and quiet I ate every night in the restaurant there Only down fall was I was only there for 4 nights

Its an authentic experience if you stay in Old Town.

Its an authentic experience if you stay in Old Town. It is however, full on, with noise, fumes, cats, people, cars and motorbikes all moving through narrow lanes in both directions. You really need your wits about you. Lots to see but 3 days is enough. You can of course go outside the city and do trips, but we stayed in location to experience souks, people, culture etc. The New Town is really suave and totally different. You would nearly head that direction for a breather. While it is beautiful, The New Town is like any big city you might visit. Old Town best I think but as I say, prepare to be mesmerised!

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

There are different sides to Marrakesh like many cities.

There are different sides to Marrakesh like many cities. I always felt safe. But there is always the presence of being watched. Moroccan government watches everyone, locals talk. Marrakesh has a nice local feel, not a tourist headquarters. Scooters are very popular Cit is flat, no hills like Tangier.
