The food was delicious, the atmosphere around the fireplace in the evening was magical, and every detail was taken care of with so much care and kindness.

GreeceAmazing night in the desert; the setting is undoubtedly fantastic—it is in the middle of the Sahara. Both the bathroom and the tent were very roomy. The campfire was really pleasant and provided good entertainment. There are other additional activities that are well worth the cost, including free sandboarding in the dunes. The meal was freshly made and the dinner was excellent. Bottled water was also provided. Very tasty breakfast with lots of fresh options as well. The personnel was courteous and the experience was positive. 100 percent, I would return

There weren't any stars (full moon)in the sky at night sadly but we had a view of stunning sunset and loved waking up to the view. The tent was very clean, and the hot water supply to the private bathroom was excellent. the dinner was good and staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

CroatiaI have been traveling to almost 50 countries, and this is one of the best accommodation experiences I have ever had. Rooms, and the whole hotel is amazing, with beatiful hand-made wood carvings, spacious and clean rooms, and a very comfortable bed. We had a deluxe double room that had amazing views of sand dunes.
Wifi worked great, there is a parking lot, and food at this property is amazing. It is clear that the owners paid lots of attention to every little detail.
But above everything, the hosts are amazing and made this stay really great. We asked them many questions, and they never got tired of answering them.

The location was just perfect. Nestled among the sand dunes of Erg Chebbi, of all the desert camps we saw when doing activities. Merzouga Luxury Desert Camps had the very best location. The staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our stay in the Sahara Desert. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they answered our every question. They were extremely polite, welcoming and kind and made our stay memorable. All the activities we wanted to do such as camel trekking and Quad biking were right there at our finger tips and organised by the staff whenever we requested something. The camp was so peaceful and the ambience in the desert was surreal. I would recommend a two night stay so you don’t have to rush away and can enjoy the peace and quiet of the desert in a leisurely way.

We had a nice stay overall. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. It’s conveniently located near minimarkets, which was great for quick purchases. A particularly nice touch was the presence of a sandbox/play area for kids—it made it easier to relax while the little ones had fun.
The property has good features like a dual shower and dryer, although the bathroom space was a bit tight. There were also a few ants near the entrance, which could be improved.
Still, the positives outweighed the small issues, and we appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly setup. Would recommend for families looking for a practical and comfortable stay.

We had the most amazing experience with these guys! They really went above and beyond to provide us with the best service. They arranged for us to rent quad bikes, brought us to see the sunset over the dunes, took us on a ride to take pics with camels, offered a lovely dinner and breakfast and even played traditional music around the fire at night. The hosts were always around telling us stories about the desert and their lifestyle. It really was the best experience we had in the days we spent in Morocco. All for a reasonable price and with lots of comfort. 11/10.

Beautiful setting in the desert. We stayed 2 nights in this amazing camp. The tent was really spacious and had everything, hot shower, WC, lights, USB to charge electronics and even a heater.
Breakfast was buffet type and dinner had 4 dishes. It was delicious.
The staff was super friendly. Big thanks to especially Mohammed who did an amazing job serving, arranging tours and so on...
There were free sandboards to enjoy and the camp could organise camel ride for sunset or sunrise, 4x4 Tour, buggy, quad,lunch...

Everythis was perfect! Amazing location, luxury tent with aircondition, perfect if you're visiting in winter, as we did. Food was amazing and the portion was really big!
But most importantly, the guys who work there were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. They made us feel at home and we will definitely come back for longer! After dinner we enjoyed their music with bonfire. Eventhough we loved everything in Morocco, this stay was the highlight of our trip!

We traveled by motorcycle and stayed at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We especially appreciated the safe parking and the peaceful surroundings, which made for a relaxing stay after a long ride. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through the area – whether on two wheels or four!

This place was beautiful, hard to describe. You are immerse inside the desert with views hard to beat. Our tent had all we need it from beautiful bathroom , electricity outlets and full king size bed. The staff was amazing special shout out for Mubarak. We did camel ride for sunrise and it was magical with no one around . Just wish we stayed 2 nights

This place is magical. The evening started with a beautiful sunset camel ride, followed by a delicious meal and live drumming by the fire. The tents were clean, warm, and comfortable. It was an unforgettable night in the Sahara.

Interesting medina, market and main square. Short (free) visit to mausoleum is main event, otherwise not a lot to do. Probably 1 day/night is sufficient. Use as a base for half day visit to Volubolis. Limited decent restaurants , most are in Riads. A restaurant with a terrace with nice views exists on inside of gateway near main gate

Midelt was an interesting town/city.
Midelt was an interesting town/city. There is lots to explore there. We enjoyed wandering around the souk. Sitting at the foot of the mountains it is quite beautiful in the changing light.
Midelt feels that it is well looked after and maintained compared to other cities and towns we have visited in Morocco.

Peculiar European style roof houses for sliding the melted ice, calm, quiet and very comfortable hotels available, especially I highly recommend MICHLIFEN RESORT. Hotel staff was very obedient, punctual. Hotel surrounding, forest tour by walk.. Deep inside, a visit to a small lake for a short picnic, smaller town comparatively and a short centre ville visit are special moments in 4 days visit. A retirement town. I breathed most clean air in the whole of my life. Very clean town.. I always used to rate some rural area of Sub Saharan Africa as the best for good air quality but now my new option is IFRANE of this beautiful country "MOROCCO".

It was the perfect place for us to meet and get some rest the night before heading to Merzouga! Hassan is a lovely person and was super helpful in getting to and from his home. His home is extremely clean and spacious. Hassan was a great host! I would highly recommend his home.

Not much happening in this town.
Not much happening in this town. Hard to find good restaurants. Most places seem to serve fast food. Probably the biggest draw is the proximity to Ifrane National Park and the famous Barbary macaques. They are easily spotted on the road N13 leading into town mainly because people like to feed them there so there are plenty to see.

This camp made our trip to Morocco even more special. From the camel trek to the warm welcome, everything was perfect. The tents were very clean, and the food was delicious. After dinner, the team played music by the fire — it felt like a dream. The desert night sky was something I’ll never forget.

Very authentic city but lacking nice restaurants that felt clean. In the newer area there was a great place called Le Stream.
Favorite places were the music museum and mausoleum.
Petit Taxis were reasonably priced and made getting around the city inexpensive and easy.

This place has the feel of a rough and ready desert town. It has a variety of people who live here, and was dry as a bone when we stayed. We were hoping to hike the surrounding countryside but couldn’t get it together so walked around the various neighbourhoods. This turned out to be a great experience. We found a very interesting Berber village, a completely unexpected Catholic monastery, and a very bizarre but beautiful guesthouse.
We were surprised by this town and think that you might be too.

Ifrane is a small town so choices for food outside of the few hotels are limited. We like to take drives in the countryside each day and then return to town. There are a few very nice parks to walk through. Especially Ain Vittel on the outskirts of town.
