its Beautiful area and there is lot oto do in terms of awsum coral reefs, marine life etc. Only thing that was a bit of botheration was a one hour speed boat ride from airport. For someone with motion sickness, despite that boats are made luxurious to a level, this would be uncomfortable ride.

We LOVED Dhiffushi! A real taste of a local island, the thing that struck us was how quiet and peaceful it was. We wandered everywhere on foot and loved that the roads are all sand. We were there in monsoon season and experienced some storms but they were short and everyone just gets on with stuff. There was some rubbish washed up on the non-hotel beach areas but most hotels keep their areas spotless. Both bikini beaches were absolutely stunning. Would definitely recommend Dhiffushi as a real gem of a local island. As an added bonus, we could not believe how cheap everything was too!

I absolutely loved my time in Thulusdhoo - my first time in the Maldives! I feel I picked a fabulous island to spend 4 days of relaxation and calmness following a busy elective healthcare placement. The island was so beautiful and peaceful. The beaches were so clean, white sands, the water was crystal clear, all sun-loungers free to use and very friendly locals and business owner stalls, businesses, and restaurants. A couple I met whilst away also got engaged on sunset beach with the most beautiful backdrop (a real must to visit during the evenings)! Plenty of places to choose from to eat - from beach bars to evening dining. I went to Juice Bench every day for lunch, the staff were so kind and smiley and the food was delicious and fresh. I also ate dinner at Indulge (10/10 pizza!), Cafe Bandaha for dinner, amazing tikka masala curry and the freshest apple juice! (Breakfast was included in my hotel - Eden Blue - which I also highly recommend!). I took two excursions with Baani Watersports - first the reef shark and stingray trip, which was absolutely amazing! The second trip was the sandbank and turtles trip, again - amazing! The team were very friendly, fun, and ensured we were looked after throughout. They took fabulous photo's of us all on their gopro which they sent to us afterwards free of charge. I also found their pricing very competitive! Getting around the island is easy peasy. I walked every day, it is quite small so can be easily lapped in around 45 minutes of strolling. People were also using mopeds and bicycles. I also received a complementary shuttle service from the ferry port to my accommodation and back which was a very welcomed bonus. Overall, the island is wonderful, the people are so lovely, and I'm SO glad I picked this island to spend my 4 days! I hope to be back one day soon - perhaps with someone next time so I have a companion in the evenings when it's a little quieter!

It was a lovely island friendly people & I think I stayed in the best place for me on this island my host were fantastic, they could not of done more to make my stay any better than it already was 10/10 perfect 😍 I loved all the food I had @ Indian cafe,loved swimming @ the local beach, not bikini beach One thing I really disliked was Moscow yeda they tried to double charge me on my credit card when I asked them about 6 of them just started laughing, eventually I got my money back & that was the only bad experience on the whole island.

Huraa immediately felt peaceful, unique and refreshing, with serene beaches, stunning views, vibrant coral reefs, and lush green mangrove swamps that makes the island feel untouched. The shallow lagoons connecting to nearby spots, mangroves, and quiet corners create a sense of calm, while watching seaplanes land adds a unique charm. The island is vibrant yet uncrowded, offering a perfect balance of natural beauty and tranquility that makes every moment relaxing and memorable.

Small island, blue, turquoise, clean and clear water. Great place for snorkeling in the house coral reef. All the staff from reception to restaurants, dive center, housekeeping are so welcoming, all with bright smile. Food was top. Dinner was set course and of the highest quality. Breakfast was amazing with a lot of options. 5 stars to the chef in charge. Sunset spot was surreal. All the beach villas come with private beach, still can't get over the view. Wifi is a bit slow but not complaints since we were not there for the wifi.

I very nice large hotel. Service was very good Good quality of food Limited restaurant spaces. Most at the same area. Limited open roof tables and those very hot and with no ambiance Main bar as well.

One of the most beautiful places in the world. Wherever you look, you'll find postcard worthy landscape. The ocean was very clean, ideal for snorkling and apparently it was a good spot for surfing as well. All in all, a must see.

Our stay at Meeru Island Resort was truly a wonderful experience, filled with unforgettable moments and warm hospitality. The beauty of the island, combined with the comfort and care provided, made our trip incredibly special. A heartfelt thanks to all the amazing Meeru staff whose dedication and friendly service played a big part in making our stay so memorable. Their efforts truly brought the experience to life.

The beach is beautiful. I´m afraid it would be too crowded in a couple of years as the contruction of new buildings on the island is massive. Would be nice to remove the hakenkreuz that is sprayed on the wall in the harbor. Not a nice welcome sign for tourists.
