The hotel was exceptionally clean, with housekeeping provided at least twice a day. The staff were incredibly hospitable and made sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay throughout. They also arranged our airport transfers both upon arrival and departure, which was a great convenience. Bed was comfortable, air conditioner worked well without noise. The location is just a 3-minute walk to Bikini Beach—and the hotel provides sunbeds upon request. I especially enjoyed the restaurant; the Asian dishes were a true culinary discovery, and the European cuisine was equally delicious.

We had a wonderful stay at Avyanna Hotel on Gulhi! The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was excellent—flavorful, well-seasoned, and beautifully served. Every meal felt like it was made with care. The hotel was clean, cozy, and just a short walk from the beach. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the island. We truly felt at home and appreciated the warm atmosphere. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Maldives—we would definitely stay here again!

Everyone from the receptionists to the people you pass in the hallway is so friendly. A special shoutout to Reena, who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. She's not only professional, but also super kind and friendly. Her smile made our whole trip. Our sincere thanks to Niyas and Andriano as well, who made our stay unforgettable.     The resort is 15 mins travel by boat from the airport which is very convenient. We booked for the sunset water pool villa with private pool and jacuzzi and it's just perfect. The room is neat and clean, spacious and good for snorkeling. We enjoyed the private pool, we've read some comments before that it's small but we really think it's just perfect for the size of the villa. We also had a wedding ceremony/Renewal of our vows and we couldn't be more pleased how it turned out perfectly. Thanks to all the employees who made it very memorable to us. We appreciated much all their effort. Adaaran Prestige is really the top from all the private resorts we have been to. All their employees from the spa and restaurants are very polite and friendly. (we went for a massage twice, it was very good and worth the price) Mr. Anthony is very professional. He coordinated everything well our wedding ceremony and he always makes sure that we would always get the best experience to enjoy our whole stay in the resort. Thank you so much also to our personal butler, Ajay. He is such a genuine and nice person making sure that he arranges and provides all our needs. Thank you to you and to that other lady for capturing our priceless moments during our wedding ceremony. We loved all the photos. Thank you also to the cleaner of our villa for the wonderful decoration in our villa on the day of our Wedding. He makes sure also that our villa is always neat and clean. We tried all the 3 restaurants, have less varieties but it was totally fine. It was also lovely to spend time at the bar every night after dinner and have some drinks and enjoy the music. We stayed for five days and we wanted to have more. if we ever go back to Maldives again, we would definitely choose Adaaran Prestige Vadoo again.     There were various activities catered to the young and old. We attended the yoga class some mornings and attended the aerial classes (held by Lauren and BJJ for beginners (held by Miguel) some afternoons. Both instructors were really good and we, and all the other students, had fun trying the hoop and trapeze moves. I didn’t think I can do them, but I did. Just shows that they planned their lessons well for beginners like myself. All the people from the reception to the buggy drivers and all the restaurants were all smiles and welcoming. The food was also good and the main and some side dishes at the buffet breakfast change daily. There were some days that are best suited to my palate and some that were not, but the egg station is always a back up in case I don’t like the main dishes so much. For evening activities, we followed where Deviate and abracadabra performed on most nights and were quite entertained. If we stayed longer, I would have done another laxy stroll at the bridge goin to Crossroads to see fish, sting rays and a nurse shark (oh, and the heron by the pavilion). Thank you for the great beach holiday, Hard Rock Hotel Maldives!

    Maafushi is, overall, a great place – the people are...

    Maafushi is, overall, a great place – the people are friendly and welcoming. The weak point is definitely the services. When it comes to hotels, don’t expect luxury. In my opinion, for what you actually get, it’s overpriced. One big plus is that Maafushi gives you more freedom. You’re not tied to a resort – you can move around, explore, go jogging if you want, and enjoy the island on your own terms. You can book trips easily, there’s stuff to do, and it doesn’t feel restrictive.

    I loved the proximity to Male for ease of arrival and departure. I also loved looking at the city lights from afar, whilst being separated by stunningly turquoise waters and the gentle sounds of lapping waves. The marine life in the lagoon was plentiful and beautiful, and I had many marine visitors near my villa at all hours of the day. The snorkelling with sharks-excursion was probably the single best experience, but the resort itself was the star of the whole experience. The quality of the villa (amazing bed, wonderful toiletries from L'Occitane, the view, the constant refill of free fresh water and Nespresso coffee) and the rest of the resort (amazing food, world-class spa) was the stuff of holiday dreams!

    It is a really peaceful island with a really nice beach. Beach has almost that resort level quality to it. Island is small, so besides water activities or some excursions, there is not much to do, so for some travelers it might get boring.

    Guraidhoo - ferry every day and easy to reach from Male, not so busy yet, not yet ugly concrete big buildings, bikini beach is one of the most beautiful I have ever seen. White soft sand with turquoise warm water and sandy shore for fantastic swimming and walking on the sandbar - great for kids too, sunbeds and good cafe on the beach, there are corals and ship wreck for snorkeling and not to forget the shark feeding place - simply amazing to watch sharks and rays - great entertainment for the evening. There are great restaurants with fantastic prices. This island is amazing choice !

    Please ensure you book inclusive package as food and drink outside of the package will be expensive. Take mosquito repellents and your own shower gel, shampoos and conditioners. This is because the provision of shower items is not good at all. (They might as well say, shower items not provided). If you want clean rooms and showers, do NOT go here.

    I had an absolutely fantastic stay at South Male Atoll / SUN...

    I had an absolutely fantastic stay at South Male Atoll / SUN SIYAM OLHUVELI! It take 45 mins from MALE airport to the island by speedboat. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The level of service provided was impeccable, and every team member I encountered was professional, friendly, and attentive to details.

    Small but very nice bikini beach. unfortunately the island is much more dirty than other islands that we visited, a lot of plastic pollution which is just very sad. The choice of restaurants is not very big, but the Ayala one is just perfect.

    Its perfect for startup swimmers since it has shallow clear nice beach. Picture perfect and has a little sand bank just on the bikini beach that I liked most.. No housereef nearby..so no fish and coral..overall sandy clear water shallow beach..less shadow trees around..1/2 days trip will b perfect though, atleast better than mafushi..

    Biyadhoo is a perfect place for people who want an amazing...

    Biyadhoo is a perfect place for people who want an amazing Maldives experience at an affordable rate. The food was incredible. We gained so much weight in just 4 days. There was white sand, clean sea chairs to relax on, wildlife, and incredible staff. We also went for a beginners scuba diving experience and the instructor Rosa was beyond kind, patient, and wonderful. We had the best experience ever.
