Everything was just right in terms of the room size, the beds were comfortable and bathing facilities top notch. Breakfast was a rich variety of cuisines and it never felt like it hadn't been cooked fresh that morning. Hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

The location was central, within a short distance from the Pavilion, KLCC Park, and the Petronas Twin Towers. The room was beautifully designed and comfortable, so much so I did not want to leave. Breakfast was terrific, with many options. RUMA staff at the front desk, breakfast, and the hotel entrance were friendly, helpful, and professional. This was my favorite hotel out of three during my trip through KL and Singapore.

Especially the food.

Especially the food. You can tastes a variety of dishes from various cultures n races. Food prices are reasonable as compared to other Asian countries. Lots n lots of places to explore n visit. Places to dine jjln masjid india/melayu n leboh pasar/pasar seni. Dishes nasi kandar, nasi padang n chinese muslim mee tarik. Transport is smooth lrt, mrt, grab, taxis n buses . Places to visit Petronas twin towers, klcc, national zoo n museum n lake gardens.

We really enjoyed our day out which included a visit to the...

We really enjoyed our day out which included a visit to the bird park, the orchid garden and the butterfly garden. Would recommend to take time as we did and hire a driver who could take you where you wanted and in the time you wanted. It took about four hours. Just fabulous.
