Best Stay During Our Malaysia Trip This was simply the best hotel experience we’ve ever had! From the very beginning, everything was outstanding – a warm and heartfelt welcome, beautifully designed rooms, and service that went far beyond our expectations. The entire team was incredibly attentive, always with a smile on their face, and constantly going the extra mile to make our stay truly unforgettable. The facilities are first-class, the food is both delicious and varied, and the overall atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between relaxation and elegance. We left with wonderful memories and would recommend this hotel 100%! A very special thank you to Ammar Kevin Eu, who went above and beyond to arrange a ferry for us after we unexpectedly missed the public one. His dedication turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant journey. A heartfelt thank you also to Johan, such a warm and friendly person, who gave us an wonderful tour of the entire hotel complex. We would also like to highlight the Fairfield by Marriott Kuala Besut, Marriott’s excellent partner hotel, where Maanoj Nair and his team welcomed us with such warmth and hospitality.

Our trip to Alunan Resort will be unforgettable. The staff is so friendly and helpful and that's why we felt so comfortable there. The snorkeling trips are very well organized and we saw creatures underwater that impressed us so much. We just loved it!

Most quiet, clean and beautiful place on Perhentian Islands that also provides sun lounges/beds while no other places at the same strip to. The staff is very professional and very kind too. Absolute gem of a hotel!

The hotel is very nicely postitioned next to the jetty on Long Beach. The rooms are also done up nicely and very makes you feel like you are in a premium resort. Service by the staff was excellent as well. The dive shop is great too, the divemasters are all very friendly and experienced. Would definitely recommend to stay and dive here.

Great place to stay. Your almost in the middle of the island so that you can easily walk to both of the fantastic beaches. A small chalet but it has everything you need - you won't be at your room much! We had a wonderful stay. Would have stayed a night longer but unfortunately they were fully booked. You should know that it's a little 'back to basic'. No toiletpaper, no warm water (but you won't need it!), no wifi, just a simple chalet with a bathroom and a bed.

I don’t understand the bad reviews, keep in mind that you’re in an island. Very clean, beach front , hot water, aircon working well. The staff was really helpful with leaving out stuff before and after the check in and organising an snorkeling trip

The grandparents who checked in were very friendly and enthusiastic. Someone helped us carry our luggage and even upgraded our room for free. The room was very clean and tidy. The sea in front of the door is particularly beautiful, surrounded by bars and restaurants. The front desk of the hotel provides snorkeling, which is very cost-effective. There are 6 places , and the experience is particularly good. This kind of service and price are particularly suitable.

Brilliant water front accomodation. Just short walk away to the beach for laying on the sand. Great bbq but go early as the queue is long! Short walk up the beach and through the gap takes you to turtle point if you want to snorkle for giant green turtles. Snorkle tour B was fab
