Too bad we couldnt make use of the swimmingpool because of the weather, but the facilities were great. It was also very convenient for us that the Centerparcs facilities (like restaurants and minimarket) were on walking distance.

GermanyThere is absolutely nothing to fault here. We booked a family room which meant two adjacent rooms with a door (actually two doors) from inside the room connecting the two rooms. This was on the ground floor. We stayed for two nights (me, hubby and kids 12 and 11).
The rooms are brand new, clean, the water was warm enough, the sink did not bother us that it wasn't inside the bathroom but I actually found it useful there and found it smart how they used the space. There are four cups of coffee per day in each room :-). We had a lovely view and sunshine through the big terrace doors in the morning.
By the way booking.com says there is no WiFi but of course there was WiFi and the signal was good. If there had been none I would have been shocked for this day and age not to have free internet access.
The location is remote but exactly what we needed. Surrounded by greenery, lovely peaceful nature. Five mins walking distance there is a big park which unfortunately we didn't get to visit. We managed to visit the villages nearby and they were magnificent. For cyclists and hiking fans surely this is the perfect location. Amsterdam is about 1h 20mins away by car. There is a gorgeous village nearby called Giethoorn which is about 20mins drive. Absolutely worth visiting!
Breakfast at the hotel was varied enough. There was different types of breads incl. fresh loafs, croissants, toasts etc. Cereal, fruit, jams, butters, eggs etc. Coffee was great!
All in all we would gladly stay here again on a long weekend!

United KingdomWe have stayed in this hotel 3-4 times now and never lets us down. Clean, modern and staff are very accommodating. We have stayed with our two young children too and the small children’s play room in the restaurant is great and allowed us to have a stress free meal in the evenings. Food is perfect, great small shop in reception perfect for late night snacks too. Pool and spa facilities are clean.

The car broke down and the sim card does not work great travel to be away from the real world 😂 however we would say that Hotel Van Saaze makes everything smooth. We thought we wont have the key to enter as it was super late and we notify the hotel with late notice. However they prepared the key in the box and just called them on an emergency number, they are on it right away to assist you! Late check in is okay. With such a tiring long day we rested super well in this hotel. My husband says they have the best comfy bed ever! yes! we booked a comfy room and it was really comfy!! with the best bed quality! The room was super clean and you got everything you needed with an amazing atmosphere and was very peaceful. Thumbs up Hotel Van Saanze. Highly recommended for someone who loves tranquility and cares about resting well before the big day the day after!

It's such a peaceful place; you can barely hear the motorway, which makes it even more relaxing. This was my second time staying there, and definitely not the last! Although I didn’t try the breakfast, I did have lunch and dinner at the restaurant this time, and everything was excellent. The menu is small, but every dish was delicious, well portioned, and fairly priced. The room was also great. Some have been recently renovated, which is nice. My only suggestion would be to add a glass door to the shower — without it, the water tends to get all over the bathroom floor, which could be a bit risky, especially for older guests. Too built up and hard to find parking. However, the people were very friendly and helpful. Good area of restaurants in the centre of town. Not easy to navigate the ring road, and if you wanted to walk around everything is just too far away. Good lake. It was very pretty but the weather for our stay was awful. The location is very good for walking, cycling and sailing. Also a good base for travel. It is a new city.
It is a new city. I can not say it is pretty, I don't like this ultra modern architecture. The nature is beautiful, lakes and a lot of green areas. Many shops are opened also Sunday afternoon, this makes city alive. Too less (or none) local shops or special things, unique for Almere. Same chains, same food and other type of products. 15-20 min. Waiting to check in because the restaurant line is priority. They only change the towels not make the bed nor replace shampoo and soap. The room is tiny for 2 people. The worst: THE BLACKOUT doesn't work. It's wrongly instaled or what? 6 am it's like a sunny day in the room. 45 EUR it's a very very well payed. NEVER MORE THAN THIS.Guest review byAnonymous - 10.0
