AustraliaFabulous place to stay on our way north. Comfortable beds, nice and warm and great views. The camp kitchen had everything you needed to self cater.
Breakfast was lovely and so were the staff. Had a lovely chat over coffee. Will definitely be back.

New ZealandThe hotel is right in town, handy to everything. We’d booked a mezzanine room and they changed it for us. The stairs were too steep for us. The new room was large and comfortable and the bed was lovely. Had the evening meal there and it was good, as was breakfast. Nothing to complain about at all.

JapanOut of six places I stayed at on my three week trip to Norway, this was my favorite. The neighborhood has several hiking paths that start within walking distance, and it's close to the shuttle bus to Snøhetta. The host is so friendly and helpful, and I loved coming back to my cute cabin after a hike and being greeted by her (and her cute dogs!). Cabin had an oven/range top, fridge, and everything I needed to cook and store food. I will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

United KingdomNice friendly welcome. The cabin was bigger than we expected. Everything you need is there including fresh sheets and duvet covers/pillow cases and towels. It's the first cabin we've had on our roadtrip that has included all of these. The cabin is fitted out in 70's style and I loved that. It's totally different! The bathroom/shower is big. The cabin is nice and comfy with a lovely view of the mountains and the river is steps away. We stayed in cabin 17 and it was pet friendly. The breakfast was your typical breakfast with eggs, bacon, cereals, toast etc etc so help yourself. We would definitely stay here again.

Dombas is an excellent stopover coming back from the fjords...
Dombas is an excellent stopover coming back from the fjords to Oslo. I stayed at the campsite located on top of the village which offers nice cottages and views of the surrounding mountains. The area offers plenty of hiking trails and 5-6 hours moose and muskOx safaris not far from Dombas starting at 10am. Unfortunately I didn't have time to do the safari since I stayed just for the night and left in the morning. All amenities are located in one spot at the Dombas Senter which includes petrol & many fast charging stations, cafeterias, a couple of restaurants, supermarkets and a huge souvenir shop all at reasonable prices. We ate at Moskusgrillen located on the opposite side. The restaurant offers some traditional food, meats, juicy burgers and large pizzas. We tried the deer burger, ribs and pizza and were all very good. I will definitely go back.Guest review byCass - 10.0
